Hi Everyone, I'm a newbie here.

Ask ko lang if may nakapagsubmit na ba dito na pede po ba gamitin ang System Analyst (261112) kahit System Administrator ako for the past 13 years? Pero Application naman hawak ko (Lotus Domino/Web/IIS) hindi Operating systems and ang Title ko for the past 10 years is IT Specialist (App Hosting).

Gusto ko kase gimitin ang System Analyst kase yung ICT units ko nung college is more on sa System Analyst and konti lang sa System Administrator. Please advise po! Thanks

Good day, I would like to ask a question regarding my ACS skills assessment result. I received my skill assessment as follows,

The following employment after April 2017 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 263111 (Computer Network and Systems Engineer) of the ANZSCO Code.

Dates: 05/11 - 06/11 (0yrs 1mths)

Dates: 06/11 - 05/12 (0yrs 11mths)

Dates: 05/12 - 04/17 (4yrs 11mths)

Kindly clarify because I'm confused with the word "after April 2017." Based on my result above, do I have a 0 relevant experience or a 5 years and 11 months experience?

Who has lodged his/her assessment with ACS this May? How long po ang processing po ngayon with ACS? It shows 12 weeks sa site. But I can see na may mga nabibigyan na ng feedback after 2 weeks? TIA

@Girlieb I think you should go with System Analyst (261112) kasi hindi lang about sa education relevance, System Analyst (261112) also is in Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List and you have more options (189/190 and more state sponsorship option) assuming the you can get a COE as System Analyst.

ung sa acs pwedi ba ganito gawin ko with 9 yrs exp bsCompEng grad:

pa assess ng ICT system test engr..given na 2 yrs deduction then if ma credit lng is < 5yrs exp...pwedi pa assess uli pero sa ICT software tester hoping to get > 5 yrs exp?

@rvrecabar usually 2 weeks lang, pinakamatagal na yung 4 weeks based on the experience of pinoyau community, basta complete mo na-submit yung mga requirements. You can check the signature of other users here, some got their result in less than 2 weeks. Good Luck.

@missingleak Thank you for your reply. I appreciate it. Yes yun din nakikita ko sa mga signature nung iba 2 weeks yung sa assessment. I am on stage 4 already for about 5 days na. Mejo excited lang. hehehe thank you again.

Hello everyone! Just want to know kasi nasa Stage 4 na po yung ACS application ko. Tintatawagan po ba ng assessor yung mga companies based po sa experiences nyo? Kasi if yes po ssabihan ko po sana ung mga company HR ko para di sila magulat. Marami pong salamat sa makakatulong. God bless us all po

@iska03 hehe salamat sa reply mo. 🙂 stage 4 na kasi ung application ko and basing sa timeline ng karamihan mga 2 weeks average before makuha yung assessment result. Hehe excited din talaga ako kaya di mapakali. 🙂 Hope that your current company wont take it against your increase or promotion .Maraming salamat uli!!

Hi everyone! I just got my skills assessment today and it says:

<blockquote class="Quote">Your Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Computer Applications) from De La Salle -

College of St. Benilde... has been assessed as comparable to an AQF

Associate Degree with insufficient computing content and therefore does not meet the

requirements of the ACS as stated in the policy manual.</blockquote>

As for my background, I'm an SAP ABAP consultant with 6 years of experience but I uploaded the wrong COE for one of my work ref which states that I was hired July 2015 instead of May 2015. Tinuloy ko lang with the wrong COE hoping that I'd get a bachelors degree assessment instead. I nominated 261311 - Analyst Programmer as my nominated occupation.

Please advise what I can do to get a suitable assessment. I plan to lodge an appeal. I believe there are others with the same qualifications as mine who got a bachelor's degree. Thank you! 🙂

hindi ICT related degree mo, so dapat di ka sa ACS ng pa access ng degree.
since non-ICT degree ka, you need at least 6 years of experience para mameet yung suitability criteria nila.
mag-RPL route ka sa ACS, and PTA for Vetassess para sa degree mo.

@Heprex Salamat sa reply! I read somewhere that someone has the same degree (computer applications) from the same school and they still got a positive assessment from ACS so I was wondering baka pwede ko i-appeal yung subjects. I checked my curriculum I think I have at least 33% ICT content. Regarding my work experience naman, if I uploaded the right COE I would have 6 years of na.
