Hello! Clarification lang po..

Can my previous supervisor / manager create and sign the employment reference with detailed job description using the company letterhead, or it should be signed by HR? Ayoko sana mag Statutory Declaration.

It's my manager who knew what my responsibilities were and HR won't issue a detailed COE due to company policy.

Based on the ACS guidelines, it did not mention "HR". The sample letter on their guideline was signed by a "manager".

My manager can copy the letterhead and create the employment reference. He can also customize the job description para closer sa listed tasks sa ANZSCO ICT Business Analyst.

@henrylouis.enriquez hmm nag-SD ako para sure e.. yung current company ko ganun din wala description sa COE, nag-SD ako para may reference ako. bat ayaw mo pala mag-SD?

Can my previous supervisor / manager create and sign the employment reference with detailed job description using the company letterhead, or it should be signed by HR? <b class="Bold">pede kahit sino magsign ng ER with JD as long as authorize sya ng company mag sign, so in your case, pde nman mgr mo kung ayaw ni HR mag issue. gagawa k lng ng stat dec kung ang inissue lng sayo eh generic coe, pero kung mkapag generate ka ng JD sign by your mgr with header na connected pa sa company sa tingin ko no issue khit di kn mag stat dec or affidavit. just my 2 cent. hth</b>

guys question lng. kapg ba nearly dissolved na ang company at nag SD ako, pde ko ba gmitin as supplementary doc yung SSS, pag-ibig or philhealth contri ko? wala ksi akong naitagong payslip, meron ako generic coe lang with new and old company names (so dalawa coe ko with new and old company header since nag changed name totally yung employer) at wala ding termination letter. sbi ksi sa ACS, yung payslip, coe at termination docs lng accept nila eh.

Saka mahigpit ba ang ACS kapg nag sama ka ng maraming supplementary docs? example nilagay mo din yung scan ID mo ska SSS contri at COE may negative effect po ba sa outcome?

hi guys, question lang po lumabas na acs result ko positive naman kaso wala ung result ng qualification (bachelors degree, diploma etc.). tinanong ko acs sabi nila hindi nila ma assess since non ict ung course ko (industrial engineering). ang question ko is kelangan ko ba ipa assess sa Engineering Australia ung qualification ko or pag pinasa ko ung EOI i aassess na nila un? TIA

@eking kailangan ma assess sya before ka magclaim points sa EOI. Sa case ko, sa Vetassess ako nag pa assess ng qualifications dahil non ICT rin course ko.

hi guys baka may idea po kayo kung paano magpa assess sa Engineering Australia ng education qualification lang...baka po may similar case ng sa akin TIA

@eking yup. Points Test Advice yung tawag nila dun. Educational qualification lang ang inassess.

@silverblacksoldier i see...so ang pinasa mo sa vetassess is ung education documents mo lang? hindi na kasama mga coe etc...may idea ka po kaya kung paano ung sa Engineering Australia points test advice din kaya tawag nila dun? super salamat sa sagot

Hi po, asking for a friend lang sana. He has a bachelors degree as a nurse and registered din sa PRC. That was 2007, from 2009 he stopped practicing as an RN and began a career in clinical informatics in what is similar to the anzsco code of system analyst. Question, how will this work in the points system (PR 189)considering na hindi po masyado related ang exp sa educational background? And will ACS issue him a positive assessment kaya if he’s able to provide all the necessary docs for RPL. Thanks in advance.

Thanks sa info....hi guys may same case po ba noong sa akin? I need inputs kung paano magpa assess sa EA ng education qualification lang since positive result naman ako sa ACS super thanks in advance sa makakatulong

Magandang araw! Sana meron maka advise sa best na gawin sa situation ko. From 2008 to 2012, employed ako sa same company however, pag July 2011 na transfer ako sa ibang department. Makapag SD ako sa previous boss ko from my 1st department. Ngayon ang problema ko, wala na ang boss ko from 2nd department na pwedeng pumirma sa SD... pwede kaya isa nalang na SD ang i-submit namin that would cover 2008 to 2012? Since ang generic na COE from company hindi nman nag state na transfer ako sa diff dept. Really confused of what to do, hope may mka pag advice.... TIA

@Lraine I think ok lang isang SD lang as long as pag nagverify si ACS is maconfirm nya na yun ang JD mo. Aware ba si Boss 1 sa roles mo sa Dept 2?

@dark_knight hindi siya aware kasi totally different department. Meron akong coworker na nanduon pa sa same department but ako ang naging supervisor nya. Pwede kaya siya nlng ang pipirma sa SD?

hi @Lraine, IMHO mkhang mag ka issue ka dito:

The following Statutory Declarations or Affidavits are NOT suitable:

• Does NOT contain words to the effect Sworn Before or Signed Before or Witnessed Before.

<b class="Bold">• From a junior colleague</b>

• Stating the referee agrees with what the applicant has written in another document

• Stamp and signature of Notary Public doesn’t state that the referee’s signature is witnessed

• Signature of Notary Public only states Attested Copy.

Possible siguro kontakin mo n lng yung 2nd boss though di na sya connected sa company but still sya pa rin makapag verify ng duties mo o kaya HR na lng, just my 2 cents :-c
