Hello ..newbie po ako dito forum nagbabasa ng mga posts pra my makuha akong tips..

Share lng din po ako experience ko kuha ng Stat Doc

para sa mga hindi maka kuha ng COE sa companies nila as per ACS guidelines, attached po ako ng sample statutory document.

Ginawa ko, since nasa SG ako, pina print ko sa assistant manager ko dati sa PH ang ginawa ko na stat doc at pinapirmahan. Pina scan ko sya ng company ID at isang valid ID.

Pinakuha ko kuya ko ang documents at pina punta sya ng city hall para sa notary. Marami fixers sa city hall, bigay ka lng ng 200 sila na bibigay ng doc sa public attorney.

After ma sign, pinadala ko kuya ko ang documents via LBC.

@Lraine, wala pong nabanggit eh, pero sa tngin ko po oks lang since di nman sya indicated ng ACS na not suitable kapg di na sya connected saka sya lang maka attest ng mga duties mo, other than that HR, pde din pong colleague na same level. in my case ganon din po, mas nauna nag resign yung pumirma sa stat dec ko pero mas higher po role nya kesa sken, 🙂

I was thinking kung si 2nd boss merong generic COE from company tapos yun ang i-attach ko, ok lang kaya?

@Lraine, pde po siguro, not sure lng po kung ganon sila kahigpit pagdating sa pumirma ng stat doc mo, pero ang plano ko po is mag aattach dn po ako sa ACS ng generic coe ko po at yung mga government contributions ko to prove na nag work po tlga ako sa company, in my case, sss, pagibig at philhealth po i attach kong supplementary docs

@Supersaiyan @Lraine hello po sa inyo..dagdag ko lng din, yun din kasiplan ko for my other company na generic COE lng.. so for that company submit ako ng

Stat Doc signed by my manager dati sa company + notary + ctc
My COE na standard from company with all the logo and siggy + ctc

yan 3 lng kasi any of the 3 lng na nabanggit dito

All third party Statutory Declaration or Affidavits must include one of the following as supporting

evidence: (these must be in relation to you, the applicant and not the declarant)

• Certified copy of payslips – preferably first & last payslip for the employment period

• Certified copy a Human Resource statement or Service Certificate with employment dates

• Certified copy of a Termination Letter with employment dates

@xylocke, hi, sa pagkakaalam ko po, kapag current employed ka dapat nka lagay sa present employer reference mo po kung kelan sya inissue sayo.

@xylocke Ako nag SD para sa isang employer kasama ng generic COE and ITR. Di nagkaproblem.

Please note that the whole application process takes approximately 6-8 weeks.. Yan lang. hehehe. sa inyo iba? by the way RPL ako.

Aslo question, Section 1 ang school ko Bachelors major in commerce. iniisip ko di na mag vetasses for bachelor's. What do you think?

hi @laurenceoliveralba tingin ko kelangan mo pa din magpa assess ng bachelors mo....kasi ung result ng ACS ko hindi nila sinama ung education qualification ko since non-IT course ako...

http://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Work/Skil#tab-content-3 but please note that OCs do not apply to 190 visa, sa 189 lang. 🙂

@shielalables aahhh ano po ibig sabihin nun ma'am? walang occupation ceiling kapag 190 visa? dahil ba dependent siya sa state sponsorship?

Yes po, bali descretion po ng state kung ilan po iinvite nila.
