@iamelem ung stat dec for skills assessment ba? If yes. Dapat kasi pipirma sa harap ng atty ung other person (ie. boss mo) and hingan boss ko ng 1 valid id , ilalagay cya sa template ng affidavit. kung may kakilala kang notary public baka pwede. pero need mo pa rin ng copy ng valid id ng boss mo.

Thanks @Admin sa response. Kapag po ba nasa Pinas yung boss ko, kelangan pa ba nya magbigay ng ID at kelangan din ba na mag-sign sya sa harap ng atty?

@iamelem yes kasi nakasaad sa affidavit na si boss mo with address xxx na kasalukuyan namamasukan sa company at may designation a xxx ay nagtetesify na ikaw ay kanyang sinupervise xxxxx tapos may lagda sa last page sa harap ng atty ng notary public. hindi pwede sarili mo na ikaw ang nagtetestify ng mga trabaho mo. writing content ng affidavit in his person dapat.

most probably yes. nung last time na nagpanotaryo ako hiningnan ako ng id for verification. Need mo din pala ng COE nya kapag magsusubmit ka na ng application sa ACS 🙂

nahirapan rin ako dyan. kasi boss ko sa pinas precious ang oras. kung may kakilala ka na public notary baka pwede mo mapakiusapan na, dalin mo lang orig photocopy ng id nya at papirma mo na bago ka pumunta sa notary public. d kasi pwede pag wala ka kakilala. dahil matataya sa alanganin ang business nila pag fake ang document na ninotarise nila.

The legal procedure in the country where the stat dec is being declared has to be followed. You need to ask the notary public about these things. We could only guess and assume but experts would know better.

Hello po. Question lang po ulit, okay lang po ba na maglagay ng salary details sa employment reference letters kahit na di naman yun naka-specify sa ACS document?

Quick question lang po. By any chance po ba, nirerecognize ba ni ACS ang distance learning/online school. lets say ang school is from Australia (Edith Cowan University - Perth)

Hello, I got feedback from CO requesting additional document directing to this requirement since I provided Statutory Declarations only - An explanation will be required as to why an employment reference letter cannot be obtained.

Do I just create this in plain word document? Should it be notarized?

Hi, need help po. We are applying for 190 visa under job code systems analyst. I have a total of 8yrs work experience but only 5 yrs and 7months lang ang related sa systems analyst, kase yung 1st job ko ay functional consultant. What are the chances na makakuha kami ng points sa work experience considering na nag dededuct si ACS ng ilang years. I am a graduate of Computer Engineering from PUP btw.

Hi guys, ask ko lang sana about ACS. Im a spouse of the main applicant. Sabi need ko daw ng positive skills assessment para magka 10 points. What does it mean by positive skills assessment? Ilang years of exp ang needed? Thank you po

That’s correct. Check the ACS guideline. Same requirements apply. Good luck

Hi all. Nag ask po ako sa isang lawyer kung puede po sa kanya magpa statutory declaration ng reference letter.. sabi po nya wala daw statutory declaration sa pinas kundi sworn affidavit (notaryo).... so ang gagawin ko lang po ay ipapanotaryo ung reference letter?

#Yup @xtiannf00 papa notaryo lang, yung stat dec yun yung term nila sa AU sa notaryo. Anyways, alam ko di na required sa changes ngayon sa ACS yung notaryo, you can just scan yung colored docs mo na original and yun ang isa submit sa ACS. God bless.

yes sa pinas walang Stat Dec, Affidavit ang ninonotary. almost the same need mo lang iconvert sa template ng Affidavit, pwedeng same content parin.

kapag cabin crew po ba or air flight attendant.. may skill po ba under sa ACS para sa wife ko? pano po magka extra point? need nya mag apply ng separate. tapos pag nag send ako ng visa interest lalagay ko sya dun para magka extra points?

Eto po guidelines and where to download a Statutory Declaration form. Dito kami kumuha ng form and today may appointment kami sa Australia High Commission/Embassy para magpa Stat Dec. Pinili namin sa embassy na lang instead sa typical notary service para less questions kung sino nag witness ng stat dec ni declarant.

Update ko lang po specially yung mga taga Singapore...Yung dun sa form, don't remove the numbered guide. Officers at the High Commission need to see it or else, reject yung stat doc na ipe-present nyo.

Hello sa lahat, update ko lang sa gusto magpa Stat Dec sa AU High Commission/Embassy...use the template or form na provided from link above. DO NOT remove any notes or legend and wag alisin yung statement na "make the following declaration under the Statutory Declarations Act 1959:" Yan yung start ng legal statement ni declarant then followed by numbered paragraph na gusto i-decalare.

Mabilis lang yung process then SGD68 per stat dec ang binayaran namin. Sana makatulong ang info na to.

I’m not sure what you mean. ACS only assess IT professionals.
