Pero in case na isubmit ko naman ay Payslip + Tax Records (2316), dapat po ba lahat ng payslip and 2316 per employer? Puwede po ba kahit 2 payslip per company regardless of year and 1 tax record per employer, regardless of year?

Sorry, "at least 2 of the following" pala. So meaning, kahit 2 lang na tax record, payslip, insurance at bank statement? Or mali po intindi ko?

- If let say sa isang company is 5 years kang nag work,giving only 2 payslip to support the entire 5 year employment may not be sufficient.. kaya I will go doon sa una mong intindi na atleast two of the following, meaning either payslip + bank statement,etc.
Tapos yung quantity ng document per year e usually we provide 2-3 payslip, yung bank statement at BIR form 2316 e isa lang naman yan per year.
sana lang mas i clear nila ang instructions ano? ang lakas makalito kasi, I mean may ways naman to make instructions more clearer to reduce doubts or additional inquiry.
Anyway, wait tayo ng iba pang comment na nag pa assess na sa ACS for further clarification ๐
