Hello po, ask po ulit ako. Pwede ko po gamitin as Employment reference ang Letter of Appointment? Yung isa ko kasing employer ayaw mag issue ng COE na detailed. Nag halungkay ako ng docs, yun lang po yung nakita ko na may pirma ng employer ko at ako na may complete details about my employment.
Nag check ako sa guidelines, pero wala namang sinabi sa clause 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3 na bawal ang Letter of Appointment. Although nabanggit sa 7.4 Statutory Declaration na bawal ang Letter of Appointment as evidence of the declarant. And I think bawal lang ang Letter of Appointment if you submit a 3rd Party Statutory Declaration. Tama po ba intindi ko?
Nag try ako mag request ng Statutory Declaration from my former colleagues pero hesitant sila. Parang iba daw ang dating at parang mag fifile daw ako ng kaso kaya nag refuse sila na tulungan ako. Hay ang, hirap pag di aware mga kakilala mo. :disappointed:
