Nagemail po ako sa assessor at ang sabi niya ' it appears to be a customer consultant role and this employment can't be accepted as the veracity of the applicant's actual duties cannot be confirmed.'

Work experience:
Accenture
Software Engineer - 3 years (recognized by ACS)
Another company
Callcentre agent - 2 years (not ICT role)
Pricing Specialist - 1 year (ICT role but not recognized by ACS)

Possible po ba na dahil hindi tuloy2x na ICT ang role ko kaya ako nanegative? O di kaya dahil 'Pricing Specialist' ang job title ko inassume nila na customer role?

Salamat po sa mga nagtyagang basahin to at sa mga makakapagbigay po ng opinion.

Job title has nothing to do with their assessment. They look at the tasks and compare them against tasks defined on ANZSCO. They should see relevance. Not sure if you’ve presented your stat dec in this manner.

 Understand the existing software architecture to create testing deliverables that meet the stakeholder needs.
 Write a Test Approach document enumerating what were tested and how the definition of quality is being met.
 Analyse and understand the software application testing requirements.
 Produce positive and negative test cases and ensure thorough testing to identify all potential defects and errors.
 Perform functional testing, regression testing to verify that the software does what it is supposed to do.
 Record and document the test results.
 Present the test results to the stakeholders to obtain approval and sign off.
Hindi ko na po nilagay dito lahat dahil mahaba.. 😃 . Sa tingin niyo po ba ay angkop po ang mga iyan sa Software Tester? Pwde po kaya akong mag email at maghingi pa ng futher explanation sa ACS?

I used my SSS record as my payslip document po and the result was positive po (dumating kahapon ung ACS result ko 04/20/20). The reason is that kulang kulang ung payslip record may mga taon na wala akong payslip at nakita ko completo ung record ko sa SSS kaya siya ung ginamit ko. I hope this information helps you.

Mag 6 years palang po ako sa Sept.2020. sa nominated skill, what are the odds po na makakuha ako ng 3-5 yrs skill exp & 5 pts? my course is BS Comp. Sci. & my 1st job is Soft. Engr. to present consistent naman po.. Too early po ba mag pa assess or pwede na din po?

If it's OK, can you provide a little bit more info sa payment evidence na sinumbit mo? Belowis how mine looks like. I have 10 years experience kaya lang yung first 5 years, wala ako ibang proof other than SSS. I'm looking for other ways to prove my paid employment from 2009-2013.

In my situation po ganito siya:

2008 - SSS ONLY

2009 - SSS ONLY

2010 - SSS ONLY (with payslip but random ung month and ITR Provided)

2011 - present - SSS, payslip, and ITR

Back to my ACS application: This was my second time po na nagpaAssess ako saknila and ung first assessment result ko (Positive/Good Result) ung dati wala pang salary or payment evidence na requirement at ngayon nga meron na kaya nahirapan at natakot din ako kung magiging okay pa din ba ung result. I'm so thankful kasi naging okay naman ang lahat.

If you have some clarification or questions pa po, just let me know.

hello po, i would like to ask, hindi po ba ma conflict if ang position naka indicate sa payslip ay iba sa actual position? baka hindi po kasi ma honored.. example, sa payslip naka lagay IT Specialist lang pero in reality IT Systems Analyst pala po.. ano po pwede gawin?

Marami po ganyan situation. Mas importante ang job function and responsibilities compared sa job title. kaya you need to prove it via COE and/or statutory declaration. yung payslip is for payment evidence purposes na employed ka ng employer mo during the stated period.

@emil1125 hello po .. question lang po , kakareply lang po sakin ng acs sa skills assessment 2 days ago.. my work experiences in PH has not been counted due to ‘insufficient payment evidence”. Nakapagsubmit po ako ng SSS contibution document na may name ng companies and payslip but not covered the beginning and end of each year. Siguro 2 payslips lang tapos mid of year pa. Ung sa 2316 po ba may way na marequest from BIR? May idea po ba kayo? Ekis na kasi yung bank statement since close na ung payroll account ko from previous employers tapos 4-5 years ago pa. May maiaadvise po ba kayo? Thanks po

Regarding po sa tanong niyo, In my case (2008 and 2009) the document I provided with ACS for the said year was SSS document only and for the succeeding year random payslip per year ang binigay ko sa kanila (example: 2010 - April and December Payslip or 2011 June and November payslip) basta dalawang payslip per year.

About po sa BIR nagtry ako magtanong sa kanila (para sa previous employer) pero ang sabi nila sakin ay employer dapat po ang magbigay ng ITR kaya ang ginmawa ko, kung anong available na meron ako na payment of evidences nilaban ko na and naging okay naman lahat. Baka po kasi minsan nagkakatalo siya sa assessor kung sobrang strict ung mapunta sayo.

Yan po ung information ang meron ako.

Anyone can help @itsmegianina about her quiry po? baka po may meron kayong alam na ibang way. Thank you!

@emil1125 thank you so much sa quick response. :smile: Nagpasa po ako ng SSS contribution for all employers, random payslip months po sa iba employers and BIR 2316 random din po. Ngayon, sinusubukan ko po mag email from each prev. companies ko if may chance na isend nila sakin old payslips ko. Bank statement kasi wala na chance since closed accounts na. Di ko tuloy sure if sa next attempt, maging ok na. hopefully. many thanks sa advice :smile:

Balak ko kasi mag appeal dahil 'non_ICT' daw ang role ko pero ICT talaga siya i just made a terrible mistake on my first assessment hindi ako nakaprovide ng detailed na Statutory Declaration at naisama ko yung call centre job ko (kahit di ko naman pinapaassess yun).

You would need to re-apply once again I’m afraid. Appeal would only work if you want to challenge the decision because you think they made a mistake with their assessment. You can’t add further documents when you appeal.

@RheaMARN1171933 Twice na po ako nagpaassess and sa 2nd time po detailed na ang statutory declaration na pnrovide ko as per feedback po ng case officer. Pero nanegative assessment parin ako.

I undertand po na hindi pwde mag add ng further documents pag mag appeal pero pwde po ba mag attach ng document explaining why i'm appealing? Salamat Po!

hello sir, sorry baka late na tong sagot ko, pero nakapag2nd assessment din ako. kahit na positive result nung una, tinry ko padin magprovide ng more than one evidences per company. although meron din kaming theory na baka din nagpositive kasi positive outcome na kami before unless magkakaconflict din sa part nila. pero yun nga mas ok magprovide padin ng more than one lalo sa first timers. Try nyo mag-ask ng salary certificate sa dating employer nyo? meron akong isang company na ganun pinasa ko kasi di ko na maretrieve yung payslip ko though complete din SSS as payment evidences ko sa lahat ng employers. hope this helps. :blush:
