I'm working in a call center as IT Helpdesk, I support both remote (US & Canada) & local office (Philippine office). I'm looking at Network Administrator as the skill to nominate, will I pass in ACS considering I work in a call center environment? Based on the skill description, covered ko naman yng job description ng network Admin. I'm just worried dahil nga nagtratrabaho ako sa call center. Btw, I'm an ECE graduate from Mapua. Thanks!
