3 years work exp Technical Support sa sykes asia - pero remote tshoot xa as NOC
1 year sa Singapore same support pero level 2 - multiple Operating systems plus hundred of servers.
CCNA and MCTS certified - continuing for MCSE

Advise lang po, i- tailor made yung COE para makita ng ACS na yung scope ng work mo ay pang network administrator. You can add a reference letter from your manager in case di maglagay ang HR sa COE mo.

@ausie_goal , i suggest isama mo yung mga certifications mo. For COE, nakalagay dapat yung jobs description, salary, temp or regular employee...in case standard ang nabigay sayo, request a reference letter from your supervisor or manager...

@Issa - we don't really handle servers, pero as Helpdesk may access kame to manage yng passwords, and then the rest ng job description mentioned as Network Administrator covered ko na. Parang more of a Network Support/specialist ang cover ng work experience ko. Di ba kelangan lang talgang i-match dun sa binigay nilang job description?

Btw, pwede ko b isama yng previous work ko as tech support, kse ang sinusupport ko mga networking devices like routers, network storage, manageable switches, etc (SOHO / SMB). Though 3 yrs naman na yng work experience ko as Helpdesk.

Praise God! My husband just got a positive assessment result.

This morning at 5:30am, he checked the status online and it is already "in progress". We woke up early because we have an ielts speaking exam today. At 11:30am he got the email from ACS. Thank God it is a positive result. Suitable for migration, AQF Bachelor Degree and credited all his 5yrs and 4mos working experience. Also, thank you guys for all the information you shared that helped us a lot. 🙂

tailor made na COE or yung tipong naka align yung work experience mo dun sa skill na pinapa assess mo. Di naman binabase ng ACS sa job title pero dun sa job description mo at kung ano yung ginagawa mo sa work mo yun ang mahalaga. 🙂

@oz_dreamer and @eischied_21 : Regarding job title. Ganyan din ang case ko. I work kasi in a bank. Ang job title dito samin for the IT dept ay pare-pareho para sa lahat mapa-programmer ka, analyst, sysad, helpdesk, networks pero ung function nyo iba-iba. Bale ang sinubmit ko 2 docs - galing HR containing ung generic title, annual gross income & benefits tsaka ung galing mismo sa dept namin, eto na ung may actual duties and resp ko. Ang lumabas sa ACS is ung actual job title ko.

So far no problem naman, visa grant na ko. But i think it ring the bell sa DIAC kaya nag-verify sila dito sa HR namin.

Tanong po, sa ACS po ba malalaman or may email po kayo matanggap kung sino ung assessor na nag hhandle ng assessment mo?
