may additional question po ako, may portion kasi sa guidelines ni ACS na "An explanation will be required from your employer as to why an employment reference letter cannot be provided."
Yung company ko is wayback 2014 pa po. meron naman sila na binigay na COE (naka state don yung start and end, salary etc) ang problema lang e hindi nakalagay yung job responsibility ko. in short hindi sya detailed COE.
Kapag po ba gumawa ako ng Stat Dec na pinirmahan ng colleague ko, need ko pa po ba mag provide ng "explanation" from employer about reference letter? or no need na po.
