Hello po, May mga ECE(Electronics and Communications Engineer) po ba dito na nakapag pa-assess na ng skills to ACS?

Plano ko po kasing magpa-assess License ECE po ako but working as a software engineer in test for 7 years now.

Anyone here po na may similar profile ko?

Is it ICT major po ba and closely related to nominated occupation na software tester assessment?

Hi @Panorama1 I just got my ACS result last Monday. Just a brief background, I got my 1st assessment back in 2019 with a positive result.

I submitted for re-assessment last May and used screen shot ng SSS and PagIbig as payment evidence plus ITR. Yung isang Work Exp ko SSS at PagIbig lang ginamit ko since wala na ako makuhang ITR and positive result naman. Lahat ng work exp ko is nacounted naman. Hope this helps.

ECE rin ako got positive assessment for Software Engineer and Software Tester last year. Binawasan ako ng 4 years. Best of luck.

Thanks! yes SSS at PagIbig plus COE with compensation. Although yan yung unang experience ko (1st position), yung 2nd work experience (2nd position) same company lang din ng unang experience ko tapos SSS at PagIbig din with ITR naman. bali ganito sya

Company A - 1st position - SSS and PagIbig, COE with Compensation

Company A - 2nd position - SSS, PagIbig at ITR plus COE with Compensation

Both assessed positive naman

Yes pwde ka magpaassess in two ANZSCO code pero it will be two separate assessment. And you have to check that your duties and responsibilities aligns with those ANZSCO codes.

Mainly Software Testing ang background ko.

Yes pwde ka magpaassess in two ANZSCO code pero it will be two separate assessment. And you have to check that your duties and responsibilities aligns with those ANZSCO codes.
Mainly Software Testing ang background ko.

same question po 🙂 nagpa-consult kasi ako sa isang migration agency, sabi po niya pa-assess ako as 261313, pero mas identify po ako sa 261314. just wondering if same assessment lang po yun? @Piper003

Yes if you look at the description of duties for Software Engineer and Software Tester they are somehow similar. Marami ako nabasa dito sa thread na to na naassess positively for both ANZSCO code though their experience is mainly Testing. Best of luck.

Yes, ganyan din ako nung nagpa assess ako dati.. una kong pina assess yung Software Tester dahil yan talaga yung work experience ko but nung binasa ko yung ANZSCO code description halos parehas lang at naging positive naman din yung result kaya yung na ginamit ko dahil mas madaming option na state ang SE kesa ST.

sa akin 4yrs binawas kasi yung equivalent ng degree ko sa pinas comparable lang as diploma dito sa AU. dipende sa school din kasi yung iba 2yrs lang ang bawas.
