All depends on the nominated occupation. We’ve had clients with same qualification and the result varies. The assessing officer will decide on this matter at the end of the day

Im in the process of collecting payment evidences for employment beginning 2005 and so far challenging siya. 🙁

2005-2010: ITR complete; payslip cannot be retrieved, payroll system decommissioned

2012-2021: ITR missing year 2012; payslip missing start of 2012

2021-2022: no ITR for current year; payslip cannot be used, no earnings reflected, only deductions.

Question: enough na ba na SSS, Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth lang ang isubmit? Meron ba dito na ito lang ang nasubmit tapos hindi naman nagkaproblem?

Ok lang kaya if isubmit ko SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth + yung mga kulang ko na ITR?

Sino po dito ang RPL ang assessment? Seek sana ng advice, para makapagDIY ng PR.

I'm currently here in Sydney, working in IT for 12yrs but educ background ko is eng'g talaga.

Base sa ACS website, seems that sa RPL ako talaga.

Sana po may makahelp.

Yes i did the same i submitted sss and pagibig employer contrubutions and i got positive skilled assestment.

Hello, question lang po. My previous company is already dissolved but I already have an employment reference from them before it got dissolved. Do I still need to have a statutory declaration? Thanks po in advance. 🙂

Will do this too, submit SSS and Pag-Ibig, plus PhilHealth as payment evidence. Nabuhayan ako ng loob! 🙂

Buti hindi sila masyadong strict sa 2019 guideline na: "ACS requires sufficient evidence to verify your paid employment and that your pay is commensurate with the skill level for your position" kasi sa SSS and Pag-Ibig hindi naka reflect ang sweldo, tapos P100 lang ang monthly contribution ng company sa Pag-Ibig.

They have updated the guidelines in December 2021. Make sure to check the payment evidence requirement there.

Hi, it's been a long time since I was here I think last 2019. Di na po ako nakapag check if ano na recent udpates since got busy nalang din. Last 2019 nagpa assess ako ACS positive naman results ko but then pandemic happened and naexpire na lahat papers. Anyway, I just wanna ask if anyone here got their visas during pandemic and outside AU? and I also wonder if any successful candidate using their freelance or remote worker experience? Web developer po kasi ako baka may same experience sakin. Thank you for anyone makakasagot.

Freelance work shouldn’t be a problem as long as you can show you’re paying your tax as that’s what’s going to count as part of your paid evidence.

Does anyone of you nakakaproblema sa pag-uupload ng document sa ACS portal?

Na-uupload naman pero pag-click going to next page, sa Application Review wala lahat yung na-upload.
