Hello po, asking for advice. Nagpaskills assessment ako nung 2017 with positive results naman kaso nung nagbabasa ako ng recent application guide, kulang na yung info ng mga COE na dati kong naisubmit (uploaded parin sa ACS nung gumawa ako bagong application) + generic lang job descriptions na nakalagay. Ok lang kayang gamitin pa yung lumang COEs (since accepted as skilled employment naman dati) or mas mabuting magrequest nalang ako ng bago? Salamat ng marami!

Hello po, pa advice din po. Agent po ung nag submit ng skill assessment ko nung 2020 (positive results). Kaso di tinuloy ng agent yung pag file ng visa ko dahil sa pandemic tapos hanggang ngayon di na sila sumasagot ng calls ko:disappointed:. Gusto ko po sana ituloy na ung application ko ngayon at need ko na e reapply ung ACS ko kasi expired na.

Question:

May kelangan po ba ako sa previous agent ko kung mag a-apply ako ng DIY sa ACS?

Dati kasi may natatanggap akong emails from ACS so di ko po sure kung connected yung email ko dun sa account nila.

Saka ung isang positive employment ko walang additional docs gaya nung salary evidence. Kasi at that time di pa needed. Need ko din ba e upload ung salary evidence pag nag reapply ako kahit na positive yung feedback sa first assessment?

Guidelines get updated frequently so make sure your current documents adhere to the guidelines, otherwise best to amend/collate further docs to be compliant.

Try niyo po i-login yung email ninyo sa ACS. If di po ninyo alam yung password try niyo po reset password then enter po ninyo email ninyo na nakakareceived ng emails from ACS, kung magproceed po siya makakareceive po kayo ng reset password link, kung hindi naman po gawa nalang po kayo ng bagong account na gagamitin po ninyo to apply sa ACS.

Yes po kailangan po mag submit ng payment evidence.

Hi guys, anyone here who got married po and my ACS account na before po mgchange ng name? New account n lng po ba if mgpapaassess po ulit sa ACS? Also, safe po bng mgsubmit ng COE na resigned na po yung signatory? Thanks po.

Sa FAQs nila between 8 - 10 weeks for the skills assessment to be completed. Pero based on our experience nasa 6 weeks lang po nung natanggap po namin mga result letter namin ng wife ko.

Now it is 10-12 weeks. My friend received her on 2 days before 12th week.

Paano po ninyo inorganize ung PDF to be uploaded sa ACS per employment experience?

Ang understanding ko is per employment I need to consolidate all docs to one(1) file but the max file size per employment is 3MB and it should be 300dpi quality. Ang employment experience ko for 1 company is for 6 years, so payslips palang 72 pages na. May bank statement, at goverment docs (sss,pag-ibig, philhealth) pa to add. Hindi po ata kakasya ang 3MB for almost 100 pages.

Kindly let me know kung paano nyo po inorganize at inupload ung files nyo to ACS skills assessment?

Madam,

Eto po sample ko per employment history. No need ALL monthly payslips po.

A. 1 employment letter with job description, etc

B. 1 copy of payslip (1st month)

C. 1 copy of proof of the 1st payslip either bank transfer or SSS or Pag Ibig or BIR (w/ company name)

D. 1 copy of last payslip (last month or separation pay)

E. 1 copy of proof of the last payment, either bank transfer, cheque, SSS, Pag ibig, BIR

5 pages lang po akin pero emmployer, na approve naman.

If mapagkakasya mo sa 3MB why not 🙂
Sa case ko first payslip and last payslip lang at na approve yung whole 5 years.

But I also submitted my SSS /Pag ibig so nakita na dun nung assessor yung buong duration ng work XP ko.

Just chiming in, that's the requirement pero if you have more payslips to include it is good to have it as well. Si ACS kasi iyong type of assessing body na directly reject if they feel insufficient ang documents submitted.
There are websites you can use to compress your pdf file size.

Should be high quality colour scans (at least 300dpi) po.

Another question po, paano po if magpare-assessment ako? magexpire na assessment by Feb, new employer narin po… yung last employer ko ang latest dun sa current assessment eh..

need ko po ba ulitin lahat or i-add ko nalang yung current employment ko ngaun? tapos i-update yung last employment date ng previous? parang nung chineck ko kasi disabled yung field “end date”… thanks po

Question po mga sirs/maams, both sa ACS and EOI/ROI, if i had promotion sa same company, say Software Engineer then after a year promoted to Senior SE, do we have to separate those entries as SE and SeniorSE? If yes, so need din ng separate CoE?

update niyo lang po yung previous assessment ninyo and add yung new employer. once na-add niyo napo yung current employer ninyo pwede ninyo na pong add yung end date nung previous employer.

Is an actual CV required sa ACS assessment? Sa passport/identification cards portion, may CV kasi na nakalagay dun.
