Hi po sa lahat.

Hopefully may makakasagot sa sort of magiging problem ko sa pag provide ng proof of payment ng previous employer ko. I'm gathering docs na po kasi para sa ACS Assessment.

The problem is, sa company na to, I was employed under contractor services as their IT Consultant. So walang employee-employer relationship. Mostly naman ng work ko as Network Admin and System Admin. I report to the office 8am-5pm Monday to Friday and even on Saturday (on call). I think they can give me the Employment References (COE) and some payslips. Pero at needed kasi ng atleast two payment evidence documents. Wala kasi akong BIR Form sa kanila, even SSS, Philhealth etc. kasi nga contractor so voluntary yun. The bank statements, di ko lng sure if kaya pa kasi that was like 2010-2013

How do I get about this obstacle? Pwede kayang Statutory Declaration ang i submit ko for this particular Employment?

We’ve had a number of cases in similar situation, working as contractors and we treat them as self employed…hope that helps.

Hingi lang po tulong sa situation ko. Wife ko ang magiging primary visa applicant since magkalayo ang degree ko and work experience. Pero nanghihinayang siya sa 5 points, kaya nagaasikaso din ako ng assessment.

Baka lang po matulungan niyo ako kung ituloy ko ba mag pa assess or hindi na.

Mechanical engineering ang background ko with 8 years work experience (2013-2021) na iba ibang position name pero business/systems analyst papasok, sa iisang company. May nababasa kasi ako na pag hindi related and degree, minus 6 years sa work experience ang lalabas. Tama po ba yun?

update niyo lang po yung previous assessment ninyo and add yung new employer. once na-add niyo napo yung current employer ninyo pwede ninyo na pong add yung end date nung previous employer.

You will need to do RPL as long as your degree is equivalent to an Australian degree, 6 years minimum experience if equivalent to lower than a degree, 8 years.

Hi mam rhea, tanong ko na lang deretso kasi nalilito po talaga ako. If my school is section 1, does that mean equivalent to Australian degree yun? Given na non-ICT degree ako, enough na ang 6 years work experience? Thanks!

hmm weird. nitry ko nga din po sa account ko sa ACS disabled nga din kahit mag-add ako ng new experience. usually po sa mga ganitong forms meron yung check box na current employer eh then yung end date empty lang pero sa ACS iba. maybe contact po the ACS support about this. hassle naman po kasi if create ng new account pa.

Yes po. I think pwede po diyan. Pwede niyo din po email yung ibang mga nasa contacts po nila

Hello

Nagpalit daw ng vendor para sa payslip ang previous company code. Wala na silang records sa year na employed (2013-2016) ako sa kanila and I didn't have a chance to keep my payslips previously 🙁

Meron silang copy ng BIR 2316 ko though.

I have complete copies naman ng SSS, Philhealth and PAG-IBIG from 2013

Is it enough?

Yes. 2 Payment Evidence lang po ang kailangan. Pwede niyo po submit 2316,SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig. maganda po sa Pag-ibig nakaindicate po employer per contribution.
