Ay nabasa ko na pala, pwedi mag witness despite na hindi same company. New question po, yong leaving certificate okay na ba yong COE ng former manager ko na he's been cleared na sa company that would suffice na kaya as leaving certificate?

Question lang po.

Paano kaya majujustify na yung company ko dati was own by a different (bigger) company and biglang nagbentahan during my employment period (2013-2016) kaya nag-iba rin lahat ng nasa data.

Kasi sa SSS/2316 ko lumalabas na 2 companies yung employer ID.

That’s quite common and we help our clients draft the employment reference letter to make sure it’s mentioned in there.

Hello. I uploaded 3 files for each company (COE, payslip, bank account/SSS) and last 2 months of payment evidence instead of first and last month. Will it be an issue? Thanks a lot.

ACS clearly mentioned payment at commencement and end of each employment episode. They're strict when it comes to their guidelines and outright tags your entry as incomplete if not met.

You should try to add your ITR and the earlier payslips if possible, send them email if you can add it to your application *hoping that you are still on early stage of review.

I sent an email for the updated documents already. Hopefully, they will reconsider 🙏🏽 Thank you for the advice!

I have concern with my first payslip in my first company though. HR just replied to my email saying they don't have a copy of 2012 payslips anymore.

Any other way aside from ITR and SSS? ACS only gave me 7 calendar days to upload the files 🙏🏽

Hi! May pinaupload sa akin si ACS last Jan 10 pa pero until now hindi pa din finalised assessment ko. Okay lang ba yon? Or pwede na ako magfollow up? Pag kasi naglologin ako, nakaenable pa din ung upload additional docs kahit ilang beses ko na sinubmit.

you can use SSS or Pag-ibig contributions.. ipakita mo lang sa screenshot yung employer name

Paano majujustify yung digitally signed na statutory declaration?

Nasa ibang bansa kasi yung boss ko (doon talaga siya nakabase). Hindi ko kasi sure kung tatanggapin ng ACS.

I'm applying for Subclass 189 as a 261313 - Software Engineer.

Is the employment reference below sufficient enough for my ACS application?

I was on an intra-company transferee visa so it was technically still the same company.

Do I still have to provide more details about my employment in Japan?

Since I'm still currently working at the same company is it okay to write DD/MM/YYYY - PRESENT? or is there a specific format for this?

I also have concerns for my payment evidences, I was employed from 2017-Present. I was able to get my Pay slips from 2018-Present. However, I am missing payslips from 2017 since it was on an older payroll system. For ITR I only have copies from 2020-2022. Will it be okay to supplement the missing months/years with an online screenshot from both my pagibig and sss contributions? Also how many payslips to I really need?

Lastly, is it okay to just DIY the ACS Skills Assessment Application or should I just look for an agent?

Di ko po natry yang sa case ninyo. Pero in my case po kasi Software Engineer in Test/Software QA Engineer/ Automation Engineer talaga pero nagpaassess ng Software Engineer and positive naman po assessment sa akin.

I think as long as yung mga Description of Employment Duties po ninyo sa mga reference letter ninyo is match sa Description of Employment Duties ng Software Engineer magiging positive po yung assessment. Heto po yung sa Software Engineer based sa ANZSCO Code Information.

Just wanted to ask for links/sources sa pag-assess ng ACS ng Sections 1, 2, & 3 Schools? Hindi pa po kasi ako familiar kung ano po ang official definition ng each Section relative to the ACS Skills Assessment.

I'm looking to take a Master's Degree in IT this year, pero Section 2 po kasi yung school na tinitignan ko sa list under the updated 'Schools and Sections' tab. I'm worried po na after getting that degree, they would only assess it as equivalent to an AQF Associate Degree/Diploma.

Also read somewhere in this forum din po na ACS would automatically assess degrees from Section 2 Schools as AQF Associate Degrees/Diploma regardless of high GWA, unless may PRC License po.

Gusto ko po na maging sure na equivalent to an ICT Major AQF Bachelor's degree yung itetake kong Master's degree dito sa PH bago po mag-enroll.
