saka kung meron na po pala ako COE with all the required details pero backdated po sya to years ago when I resigned, ok na po ba yun na i-submit or kelangan pa po mag-request ng bago na dated this year?

Hello po, strict po ba ACS sa payment evidence?

For example I have a job exp, from 2016-Current.

I am able to provide 2016, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 ITR.

But 2017 and 2018 ITRs are missing.

I also have payslips starting 2018 onward, but no payslips for 2016/2017.

COE has all details including dates and salary though.

Will this be an issue??

I have provided SSS payment contributions. But they asked for additional payment evidences. Nag try ako mag retrieve sa Pag-ibig contributions ko, kaso year 2017 to current year lang ang nakita dito sa Pag ibig site. Strict ba ang ACS sa payment evidence, yes. You should follow the guidelines as they instructed, else your work experience may end up not assessable due to payment evidence. Below is the screenshot of the requirement.

On your case, it depends, ACS needs 2 forms of pay evidence for each employment experience. Iyong 2016-current mo ba under one company or different employers?

If this is under one company, I think missing 2016/2017 payslip and 2017/2018 ITR are okay only if you can add [1] SSS employment and contribution history, and [2] PAG IBIG contribution history.

Take note they need evidence from the beginning and end of each employment, but does not hurt to add more.

Just an opinion, take it with a grain of salt.

For PAG IBIG, you have to make sure that your employer actually made the contribution. This could be the reason why it is not showing at all. You should communicate this to your employer then ask for a proof, then you may connect to PAG IBIG online if it is an issue on their part.

Thank you so much po > @null94 I called my former employer na po kung why hindi reflected yung pag-ibig contributions ko within the period of my employment sa kanila. Waiting pa sa action part nila.

Pumunta ako kanina sa Pag-IBIG office, grabe ang daming tao naka pila 🙁 Baka hindi na ako aabot sa 15 days. I think pwede din sguro Certificate of Contributions from my employer in Pag-ibig, I called them today. They can daw in 2-3 days. Baka pwede nato. Thank you po.

Pag-ibig pinaka hassle sa lahat. Halos yong days na umuwi ako sa Pinas, naubos lahat sa Pag-ibig. LOL. Please make sure to bring necessary documents like birth certificate, ID's both original and photocopy. As far as I can remember, it takes time for them to consolidate your records. Not sure 20 business days ba yon. You can grab screenshots of your contribution records from their website.

Hello yes, viewable naman po online Pag-IBIG ko from 2017 - current year na employers. Yung 2014, 2015, 2016 lang is wala sa online records ng Pag-IBIG. I called na din yung employer ko on this period. They said, they would provide certificate of contributions.

Pag ibig and SSS fall under the same category - employer contributions. Provide different type of evidence.

Strict ba ang ACS sa payment evidence, yes. You should follow the guidelines as they instructed, else your work experience may end up not assessable due to payment evidence. Below is the screenshot of the requirement.

On your case, it depends, ACS needs 2 forms of pay evidence for each employment experience. Iyong 2016-current mo ba under one company or different employers?

If this is under one company, I think missing 2016/2017 payslip and 2017/2018 ITR are okay only if you can add [1] SSS employment and contribution history, and [2] PAG IBIG contribution history.
Take note they need evidence from the beginning and end of each employment, but does not hurt to add more.

Just an opinion, take it with a grain of salt.

Pag ibig and SSS fall under the same contributions. Guideline states 2 types, so submitting just these 2 won’t suffice.

Thanks for sharing the info, pero paano ba to. I went to UnionBank earlier din kanina, sila po yu kasi yung affiliated bank ng employer ko from 2014 - 2016. Sabi ng staff, hindi daw sila makapag provide ng SOA with Employer name 🙁

Sabi from UnionBank hindi daw sila makapag provide ng SOA with Employer name. Kasi yung system nila, transactions lang daw yung naka reflect sa SOA.

Hi Ms. Rhea, I was able to justify my SSS ang PAGIBIG as payment evidence and received positive appeal result.

That’s good then. You got lucky. Guidelines say 2 types of pay evidences. I never dared try to use both for my clients. To be honest, I have issues convincing myself that the assessors are doing accurate assessments. They’ve made serious mistakes on a number of cases in the past months. We agents are appalled by the level of work they’ve been doing lately. They are in a major transition at the moment.
