Wala po binigay. Tama naman po yun Pinaassess ko as System Analyst. Yun sa start ko po sa company medyo iba lng ng konti yun title pero napalitan din ng company as system analyst at naging senior pa. Then this year nabago uli yun title as System Application Analyst. Nagprovide naman po ako ng contract at payslip from 2009 (Oct - Dec). At tax declaration po dated 2010 (for 2009). Pwede pa kaya ako makakuha possible result sa paglodge ng EOI gamit yun 4years and 9 months? Salamat!

Dec 2022 po, then naghingi po uli sila at inupload ko po uli yung mga documents kahit naibigay ko na po sa umpisa. Inayos ko lng po at dinagdagan pa for current payslips.

Hindi po sa job title nakadepende kung relevant yung work niyo o hindi, sa duties and responsibilities po. Yung sinend niyo po bang duties and responsibilities sa employment letter niyo, match dun sa nakalagay sa ANZSCO code?

Also, ganito sample ng ACS letter -- may nakalagay dapat kung bakit di tatanggapin yung certain work experience. So yung work exp mo from 2009-2017 anong nakalagay na reason? Kasi ang max lang na dinededuct ni ACS is 6 years (so far sa mga nakita ko, heto na yung pinakamalaking deduction). So dapat may at least 8 years na kayong work exp na credited ni ACS.

Yes, just file your EOI application as soon as you get all assessments and tests done para mainclude ka na sa pool for invitations. considered 5 points pa rin naman yan for work exp. then try to work on increasing your points while waiting. Pwede ka ring magfile ng appeal or review for your ACS assessment but that would take weeks ulit so better to lodge your EOI/ROI now.

Hi po, ust alumni here and based po sa results I received before kay ACS (2 times re assessed due to naexpiran because of pandemic), hindi na po nagmatter ang gpa. They just checked the subjects sa tor if related sa skill that will be assessed and usually po, in my experience and based din sa nabasa ko before, minimum of 2 years will be deducted lang because of the school section.

Yes po you will only be able to claim 7yrs for work experience po. ACS deducts po kasi a minimum of 2 years and maximum of 6 years from your total work experience during the skills assessment. 2 years are reduced from the candidate’s work experience as ACS considers po kasi the initial 2 years as training period po.
Then the number of years that will be deducted depends on how closely the education matches with the job profile, which in the case of ust belonging in section 1, 2yrs lang po talaga. Pero this is based on my case and what I have read before not sure if someone encountered ust as their school / belonging to section 1 pero more than 2yrs po nadeduct.

Sa experience namin both Section 1 school, I got deducted 4 years and my partner was deducted 3 years.

Hello po. Wala po nakalagay na ganyan reason. Yun date po nagstart sya agad sa 2018 instead of 2009. Nagtataka nga po ako bakit 2018 agad. Andun naman po yun contract ko sa umpisa pa lng at may payslip din po ako binigay. Meron din po ako tax 2010 (for 2019) at may Certificate of employment which state 2009 ako nagstart sa company. Nagemail po ako sa case officer not sure kung papansinin po yun or magappeal na ako. Appeal po kasi may bayad uli eh tingin ko po sila yun nagkamali (correct me if I'm wrong po). Nagulat nga po ko sa result bakit ganun.

You may update your EOI anytime po after submission.

In that case, you should appeal if ok naman mga docs mo. If mali talaga sila, irerefund naman nila yung pinambayad mo sa appeal

May COE naman po ako with all information like Dates, salary, hours worked and job description.

I have a few payslips pero hindi from the earliest date, and yung ITR di ko na mahagilap yung earliest, tapos may typo pa sa middle name

Nagiging issue po ba ito with ACS?

Did you align your duties as per ANZSCO define tasks? What exactly did it say on your outcome letter? ACS has had issues lately with quality of work they’ve done lately. Currently, I’m dealing with them on a case and my impression is that some assessors don’t seem to know what they’re doing. I had another case recently where they wrongly assessed an application and had to challenge them for it as I knew they made a mistake. it was approx a month ordeal with them but managed to turn it around. It’s also difficult to get through to them. They are going through major transition at the moment and lack of staff too. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve overlooked something. I honestly feel for those who are doing DIY with them. I felt helpless and frustrated at times when dealing with them but I knew as an agent they will somehow take me seriously with the thought that there is that level of respect from them knowing I’m a MARA agent - that I know they know what I’m talking about…but I feel for those individuals who have had issues with their results and wondered how they are able to fight for their cases and be taken seriously.

First check if you’ve made an error. If you think you’ve followed the guideline, question the results…good luck, it will be a long and frustrating ordeal with them.

This is how frustrating dealing with ACS lately is. Snapshot of how I spent my Sunday morning. If anyone is currently dealing with them, I feel for you. Even agents are frustrated with the level of service they are providing.

Assessors have been making serious mistakes on cases so make sure to double check outcomes and be ready to dispute them if necessary - I’m just hoping you will be dealt with seriously. Good luck to those who are chasing them.

Question po.. employed po ako ng Australian-based company pero may PH entity sila. Kaso na-acquire po kami ng ibang company and they decided to not keep the PH entity and transfer the whole IT team to another IT solutions company dito sa PH. Pero exclusively working parin kami for that same Australian-based company.

If I ask for a COE from my current employer (IT solutions company), syempre ang start date lang na ibibigay nila ay yung date na na-acquire at na-transfer kami sa kanila.

Ang question ko po is pwede po ba akong humingi ng COE from the Australian-based company kahit na yung employer ko was yung PH entity nila? or dapat ba affidavit narin and ask my manager (same person from before acquisition and until now) to sign?

meron po ako COE from the PH entity nung separation pero backdated na sya and as usual generic lang po. walang JD. wala na po kasi yung HR since wala na po yung PH entity. ibig po ba sabihin in this case, kelangan ko po i-submit yung generic COE from separation PLUS affidavit pa po from my manager?

yes, kelangan i-submit yung generic COE, plus yung affidavit. Isasama mo sya kasi dun mo ilalagay yung duties mo na signed by your manager.

isa pa pong question. bale yung isa ko pa pong employer is wala narin po office dito sa PH. meron po ako generic COE dun pero luma narin po at wala pang end date. yung HR po back then ang nag-sign pero syempre di narin po sya nagwo-work dun sa company na yun matagal na. pumayag naman po yung dati kong manager na mag-sign ng affidavit for my JD pero pati po sya wala din COE to prove na manager nga sya dati dun sa company na yun. pano po ba gagawin in that case?

Kelangan kasi yung magiging signatory dun sa affidavit is meron ding COE. Kelangan maestablish nio na mas senior sya kaysa sayo (sa COE dapat may position, date started). Kung wala na talagang COE, damihan mo nalang ng other evidences (payslip, ITR, bank statement) pero may risk talaga na di sya icredit kung kulang ang evidence

thank you po ulit. bale yung COE naman po is pwedeng kung anuman COE yung nabigay sa kanya dati bago mag-close yung company no? ang worry ko lang din po baka kasi tawagan yung HR sa COE nya eh wala narin naman po connection yung HR sa company dahil closed na po.
