Hi guys, first company ko po ay 2013-2015.
Nung 2013, JO based ung contract ko. Walang binabayaran na mandated benefits, ung tax ay pang self employed, payslips ko ung papel pa. In short, wala na kong mahanap na payment evidence.
But nung 2014-2015, nagstart na si employer na bayaran ung mandated gov benefits at may ITR na rin. So yung 2014-2015 ITR at pagibig/SSS meron ako.
Question is, pano magiging assessment nito kay ACS if 2013 ko wala akong mapakitang payment evidence? Unassessable na ba agad yun kabuuan?
