Yes. Plus letter from your employer confirming that they will not issue employment reference with duties. Also the consignee's employment reference too.

If you can add payslips too, much better. Pero pasok na rin naman sa requirement iyong na-attach mo. Take note by ACS standards, the SSS, PAG IBIG, & PhilHealth are just counted as one payment evidence.

Overall looks good naman, just take note of the requirements for the employment reference on top of the duties e.g. official contact email/phone/address of the HR, employment type, hours worked etc.

Just my opinion btw.

Visa Entitlement Verification Online or VEVO is not a visa. It's a public system used to check one's current visa effects and conditions. 🙂

Add ko lang po. If meron kayo document na not in english language (e.g. Diploma), kailangan din po ng translated document 🙂

Good day!

I'll be submitting my requirements po and just want to double check if tama yung pag compile ko ng PDF files. The assessment checklist specifies,"one PDF document for each qualification and each employment enrty..."

Assuming na wala po akong digitally signed documents and no non-english document, ganto po yung ginawa ko:

Application Type: General Skills Assessment (Skills)

1 PDF file for passport, govt ID, CV, Birth Certificate / NSO

1 PDF file for Diploma and TOR

For Employment entry, Since I only have 2 employment histories:

• **1 PDF file for Company 1** with Employment Reference with Statutory declaration, COEs, Payslips, SSS/PAG-IBIG/BIR

• **1 PDF file for Company 2**with Employment Reference with Statutory declaration, COEs, Payslips, SSS/PAG-IBIG/BIR

All in all I'll have 4 PDF files to submit.

Is this the correct compilation po? Or may need po akong baguhin?

sa payslips, start and end date po dun sa employer di po ba? pwede po any date in between? since meron na ako ITR and sss/pagibig/philhealth

Edi wala. Haha. Kung wala kang valid and current visa, wala kang makukuha from VEVO. Besides, need lang nyan for Special Priority Requests with ACS na obviously hindi ka pasok dun. Refer to the guidelines.

noob question: counted po ba dyan yung tourist visa? i still have unexpired tourist visa.

Balik ka sa guidelines kung need ng VEVO docs for your case. "Priority Request", that's what you need to check. It's pretty obvious na hindi. 🙂

I believe onshore applicant lang may need nyan na meron deadline na kelangan i-meet.

People here may be able to help in clarifying things if you have any doubts. But you need to do your part in reading the guidelines first. So always refer to the guidelines. Andun lahat ng kasagutan. 🙂

I am in the process of collecting documents for ACS assessment. I have 9 years total experience. However, I have lost my ITR from my first 5 years of experience and have moved jobs since. I called my previous employer and they said they do not store the ITRs and also called BIR but they do not keep copies. I am checking with my bank for the historical transactions in case the employer's name is indicated sa mga inbound payments.

Any other tips kung ano pa pwede kong isubmit as payment evidence? Thank you!

counted as one type lang kasi yan, so technically, kelangan mo pa ng isang klase pa ng evidence.

Yong friend ko din di na maretrieve paylips & BIR unfortunately. What he did was he went to his old bank asking a copy of bank statements sa period na employed siya sa company niya before. He was asked to wait for 4 weeks.

ibigsabihin po nyan, start and end lang, hindi naman po every year no?

kung employed ako nung 2019-2022, ITR/SSS/Pagibig/Philhealth nung 2019 (first month) tapos 2022 (last month) lang po no?

Why not include all 2019-2022 SSS/Pag-ibig/PHIC Contributions? Tabular naman yan when you generate online, just highlight the applicable contributions for the specific employment period.

Would it be a problem if hindi hinighlight yung dates? If sinend lang yung SSS Contributions Page and Employment History page as is ganon po?

di naman issue, pero pwede din kasi di agad makita ng CO yung need nyang info, better highlight nalang para alam agad nya saan sya titingin

yes pwede naman start and end ng each employment. personally ganyan ginawa ko. Tho yung sa SSS nga since lahat naman nandun, hinighlight ko yung para sa each employment (since naka 2 companies na ko, twice ako nagsend ng SSS screenshot, tapos nakahighlight for each company)
