When you lodge an EOI, usually you leave the end date of your current employment as blank. IF the case is a continuous employment in the same employer (change roles/title lang), then gather documents lang that will support this.
I guess na mixed up na yung replies dito. Your question yata was - paano kung lumipat ng work/company noh at may lodged EOI na?
Hindi na yata 'to counted sa points since hindi siya nakasama sa assessed occupation na nilagay mo sa EOI unless, magpa-assess ka ulit and include this new employment episode.
May option kasi doon to tick whether the employment is closely related to the nominated ANZSCO or not, since hindi siya assessed I wouldn't choose yes. HTH.
