Sa SkillSelect dashboard, meron <20 na invite counts for less than 95 points for visa 189 and 190. So may chance naman siguro ang mga may di kataasan na points.

2631 din po pala ako, pero di pa nagsa submit ng EOI.

Hi, seeking guidance! BS Chemical Engineering graduate po ako, pero work ko po since graduating is Software Tester (ANZSCO 261314). ACS lang po ba ang assessing body for this profession? And, possible po bang magka-positive skills assessment kung hindi related yung degree ko? 4 years na po ako nagwwork as software tester.

Yes ACS lang as of now. Itry mo din magpa assess. Hindi natin macconfirm kung di ittry. But you have to really tailor your job descriptions / roles as to that of 261314. Siguro wag ka nalang masyadong umasa na magiging suitable lahat ng years of work experience mo since medyo malayo talaga ang education mo as chem eng sa naging trabaho mo. Expect some deduction. Just my opinion. Basta itry mo magsubmit.

Sa guide po kasi nila may nakalagay na for non-ICT diploma holders, at least 6 years of experience and successful RPL application. Baka lang matic negative assessment pag hindi pa naka 6 years

btw, for those sa mga nag submit ulit ng new application, paano po yung case na working pa den sa same employer and obviously start date is the same and iba na yung End Date. New Experience entry po ba yun?

Email ACS customer service. They will update for you. That was what i did with my case since hindi editable yung end date

Ang weird lang kasi inispecify pa ng NSW na yung points claim dapat after deemed skilled date ng ACS, and unique daw sakanila yun.

I thought paano naging unique eh akala ko ganon requirement ng lahat.

The visa he lodged was 189. Totally different from NSW's policy on 190.

Ginawa ko prinrovide ko na din both sss and pag ibig since accessible naman sila online, screenshot mo lang.
What you need is to provide evidence on each of those form of payment that will cover the beginning and the end of your employment episode.

Hello po. Would like to get some insights regarding my chances. I'm planning to get skills assessment for 261313 - Software Engineer

Age: 27 y/old Education:

	BSIT

	Section 3 school

	Graduated as Magna Cum Laude (1.33)

Work Exp:

1st Company - Programmer (2yr & 1month)

2nd Company - Software Developer (6month)

3rd Company - Software Engineer  (1yr & 2month)

4th Company - Developer (2yr & 5months) to present (current company)

Total working exp atm: 6yrs and 2months

Questions:

1) Do you think ACS will consider my education as a Bachelor equivalent since I have a good GWA standing and graduated with latin honor?

2) My career exp are really into coding/development/implem/deployment that's why I believe the 261313 - Software Engineer suits me best.

Is it okay that my job position differs from each company but I can guarantee that the role and responsibilities align with 261313

3) Assuming all work history is considered and ACS deducts 2yrs from my work exp (4yrs and 2months left), then I cannot get the 5yrs+ exp and can only achieve 5pts.

Do you think it's best to wait for months so that I can achieve the 5yrs+ exp?
I've read here that there's no need for reassessment as long as the current company is part of the assessment and still working there.

ACS doesn't consider GWA or latin honors. It's based on school.
Different job positions are okay, so long as roles and responsibilities align with ANZSCO.
Try and submit your assessment, your employment points will eventually increase if you're still in the same occupation/company.

1 - the grade has no value at all. If from section 3 institution, it will definitely won’t be equivalent to AQF bachelor degree. 5 years will be deducted unless applicant passed PRC exam. Assessing authority has no capacity to recognise qualifications they only refer to CEP. Hence if section 3 institution they cannot over ride that.

They are more after job duties rather than job titles.
Unlikely only 2 years will be deducted. If you were my client, I would still advise to proceed as you can still claim all the years. Seemed date only applies to some states. You need to be careful though when doing this.

Hello! Good day to everyone! I would like to get your insights po as I am planning to submit an assessment to ACS.

Age: 28

Work Exp: 8 years in the same company with 4 diff roles related to software/product support and QA testing, but big chunk po is support.

Education: Section 2 school - BSIT

1.) How many years will be deducted from my experience?

2.) May pag-asa po ba na maging AQF bachelor's degree if from a section 2 school?

3.) How big is the difference from ICT Support Engineer (263212) and ICT Support and Test Engineers (263299) when it comes to assessment po? Since same lang po sila na under ng job code na 2632.
