Hi po Ms. @casssie! Magtatanong lang po ulit, we are about to submit ROI sa NT, and this is one of the documents need to be submitted:

Verifiable evidence of full-time employment in your nominated occupation for at least 2 years out of the last 5 years (for some occupations under the Priority Occupation Stream, additional years of experience may be required).

Does it mean, na yung occupation lang na deemed skilled (after June 6, 2018) ang isusubmit ko na documents? No need na po yung mga previous employment na nilagay ko sa EOI na not related?

yes, nagsubmit din kami for NSW. pero may admission date yung TOR namin.

you may opt to not submit documents para dun sa hindi na-assess positively. but if i were you, isasama ko pa din yun. whatever i submitted for my skills assessment, i submitted the same files when i got invited.

Hello, it's been a month since I requested for an employment reference to my 2 previous employers and I haven't receive any response from them even with consistent follow ups. I still have contact to my colleagues from my old employers. However, they're not in the company anymore. Any advice please? should I opt to go statutory declaration?

If yung gagawa ng stat dec ko is colleague ko na same level ko naman pero nauna akong pumasok sa company sa kanya though mas nauna naman ako umalis, iaaccept kaya sya ni ACS? Or need na yung colleague is na-witness yung pagpasok at pag-alis mo sa company? Need your advise po ulit. Thank you!

for our current employer, yes, we requested up to date documents.

when you get invited, most likely you will submit the same files you submitted for skills assessment + other supporting documents needed ni state. in our case, NSW required proof of residency of at least 6 months. so we provided bank statements and utility bills. take note mo na lang din yung mga specific requirements ng state na a-applyan nyo.

when we lodged our visa. kasi we got our ACS results around oct 2023. nung nag lodge kami ng nov 2023, we made sure to submit nov 2023 ref letters, payment evidences, etc. para lang to show and prove na currently working pa din kami dun sa sinabi naming current employer sa ACS.

Hello, sa husband ko Feb 7, 2024 siya nagsubmit ng application. ACS outcome letter was received Feb 23, 2024. Hope this helps! 🙂

Hi! Me po, positive yung result na nareceived ko, degree comparable to an AQF Bachelor degree and yung 3 anzsco occu assessed to be suitable for migration. I received my ACS skills assessment outcome after 14 business days. I gathered all the pay slips, and other pay evidence for each employments yung magcocover sa beginning and ending of employment, ITRs, SSS. Yung isang payslip ko (last payslip na binigay nung nagresign ako sa isang company) walang company logo, details ng company and signature ng in-charge sa payroll. Yun lang kasi yung naiba sa payslip ko sa company na yun the rest merong logo, signature, email at landline. As in ang nakalagay lang don sa final pay slip is computation lang, nakalagay lang name ko and employee ID. Ginawa ko nagrequest ako sa company ng merong signature ng in-charge sa payroll, email at landline nila. Hindi daw nila pwede lagyan ng company logo, sabi ko ok lang yun basta yung request ko dapat may signature, email at landline. And then gumawa ako ng statement ko nilagay ko don yung reason bakit naiba yung format ng final pay slip ko sa first pay slip. Sinama ko syang iupload. Yung isang company naman isinama yung first pay ko sa next month na pay slip dahil naabutan ng cutoff nung nahire ako don. Gumawa din ako ng statement inexplain ko bakit wala akong first payslip na reflected yung month kung kelan ako nahire. Inupload ko din yun. Dalawa sa work exp ko stat declaration ang pinasa ko and dalawa rin sa employment cert yung digitally signed by HR, nagrequest ako sa HR ng digital certificate. Wala naman pong hiningi sakin na iba pang documents aside sa mga inupload ko.

Hi @chingu based sa mga nabasa ko dito sa thread pagdating sa statutory declaration hindi naman strictly necessary na nawitness ang pagpasok at pag alis mo sa company. Ideally yung taong may knowledge at understanding sa mga ginawa mong work at yung duties mo. Since sabi mo same level kayo ng colleague mo na pipirma ng statutory declaration mo, possible na ACS might accept it provided he/she can confidently attest to your roles & responsibilities. But I’ve read here in the thread na best is kung mas senior sayo, supervisor or manager ang pipirma at magcoconfirm ng statutory declaration at yung mas naunang pumasok sayo sa company. Even ako yun ang sinunod ko.🙂 Ilalagay kasi sa declaration yung relation nya sayo at magpapasa din sya ng coe nya.

At first, plan ko talaga ipapirma sa TL ko yung stat dec but due to current circumstances, mahirap na sa part nya 😔 and wala na din ako contact dun sa iba kong colleague na higher role sakin that’s why I plan to submit na lang yung from same level teammate ko if pwede. Anyway, thanks again for your inputs. Much appreciated! 😊

Im about to request an employment reference from my manager/company and I want to maximize the points for my nominated occupation if possible since I know I will get 20 points if I get 8 years

is it possible to mention below the position or should I just add that duties and responsibilities on the 1st position.

my timeline of work in same company

1st position : technical support (not related to nominated occupation) july2014-aug2015

2nd position : technical support(same position but related to nominated occupation) sept2015- oct2017

3rd position: assistant system administration(related to nominated occupation) nov2017-jan2019

4th position: system administration (related to nominated occupation) feb2019-may2023

sa IT under ACS may deduction pa if bachelor's degree minus 2years if diploma minus 5-6years.

may kinalaman dito yun section ng school ka galing at course.

Inabot sakin ng 9 weeks! And almost everyday ako tumatawag kay ACS. Pero case to case basis pa rin since may mga nakita ako dito sa thread na almost same date kami nag submit pero within 2 weeks lang may result na.

Sa requirements naman, may minor hiccup lang ako na-expi. Nag transfer kasi ako ng school nung college so dalawang TOR yung sinubmit ko, so naka-receive ako ng email to send yung TOR lang from the school where I graduated. Ok naman agad.

It says at least, meaning that’s the minimum you can provide. You need to provide all pay evidences to support the points you’re claiming.
