Hi everyone. I just saw this forum last night and very glad to receive acceptance this morning.

Magiinquire lang po kasi I am planning to apply for 190 state sponsored sa WA. HR Manager po ang occupation ko under WASOL schedule 2.

Ang pagkakaintindi ko sa process:

Lodge EOI
If they see me as qualified, papadalhan nila ako ng invitation to apply for state nomination
Then they will evaluate and if I satisfy all requirements, papadalhan ako ng invitation to lodge visa apllication.

Yub nga lang I read from their website na kailangan ng at least 12months contract of employment with an employer based sa nominated occupation.

Pano po ito? Possible po ba na maghanap at mabigyan ng job offer kahit wala pang visa? May nakagawa na po ba nito? Please advise kung tama po ang pagkakaintindi ko.

</blockquote> the way u understood the process is correct. My suggestion is lodge an EOI but dont select WA kasi u will easily be selcted to apply with WA. If you are selected and u cannot fulfil the requirements such as employment contract then you will not be able to submit your WA application and the invited to apply will lapse. So pointless na maglodge ng EOI with WA kung wala ka pang job offer. The reason why I am suggesting u create and don’t select WA is for the purpose of queueing and if any other state reopens atleast matagal ka ng nakaqueue.

As for the job offer, sorry cant help you with that, haven’t tried and wala din akong kilala so far na nakagawa n nian. But I guess you wouldn’t know unless you try.

As for the job offer, sorry cant help you with that, haven’t tried and wala din akong kilala so far na nakagawa n nian. But I guess you wouldn’t know unless you try. </blockquote>

But that would still depend if you have a skilled occupation and u meet the passmark of 60 (including relative sponsorship). Its still better to apply for PR under Skilled Independent or state nomination if you have enough points. Mejo matagal din processing ng SC 489 compared to 189 and 190.

e what if po kung student visa yung kukunin ko dba pag student visa hinahanapan ng embassy ng show money?pwede din ba ko sponsor ng sister ko sa student visa at hindi ko na ba kailangan ng showmoney since ang mag finance naman ng pagaaral ko is sister ko who lives there?</blockquote>not too sure about student visa. pero ang alam ko, kelangan pa din ng show money and dapat nakapangalan sa sister mo kasi ung sa kakilala ko hinanapan ng show money na nakapangalan sa kanya e kahit na nagprovide sila ng evidence of funds ng kapatid nia and letters na ung kapatid nia ang magsponsor ng pag aaral nia.
