Hello, tanong lang po sa mga nakakuha ng SG COC, nilalagay po ba nila yong buong duration ng stay mo sa SG kung hindi ka diretso tumira ng sg, bale may break in between? nagwork na kasi sya dati sa sg way back 2009 tas umuwi ng September last year after ng contract nya then bumalik ulit ng january this year for another contract. yong na issue sa kanya eh nakalagay na date from january this year lang up to yong time na nag apply sya ng COC. Tama naman yong nilagay nya na duration sa form which is from 2009 pa kaso sabi daw nibase yong sa current pass nya which is active from January this year to date tas yon nilagay sa COC nya.

Took fingerprint from Dublin Police showing them the SG COC application and <u>fingerprints in your country of residence as requirement</u>. I sent all necessary docs(via DHL) in the application like appeal letter, my previous copy of SG work permit, previous NRIC as PR, previous copy of SG COC in 2005, passport pages showing evidence of working/residency rights in SG, 2 passport photos, bank draft in 60 Singapore dollars. I received acknowledgement letter via email in 3 days after posting saying "they have received a complete application and will be sending the certificate to my overseas address in 15 days( for non-citizens). Fingers crossed that they will process it without delays or any additional docs needed. Hope this helps... God bless...</blockquote>

Hi @alexia02 and @mistakenidentity at sa iba po na may maisshare din, may question lang po sana ako. Wala din po kami sa Singapore ngayon at magrrequest din po kami ng COC via online/post (on a later date). Ask ko lang po kung ano ang ibig sabihin nung fingerprints in your country of residence as requirement? Or requirement po ito specifically ng Dublin Police? kasi sa website ng spf ang nakalagay lang <blockquote>Applicants by post shall submit a set of their 10 fingerprint impressions* taken by a qualified fingerprint officer from a police establishment or an authorised office at their country of residence</blockquote>

Double check ko lang po in case may na miss akong info. Inassess po kasi namin ang timeline if after visa lodgement or wait na lang ang CO bago ayusin yung nbi/coc. Maraming Salamat po in advance! 🙂

@TTam kailangan nyo po magsubmit ng fingerprints para sa sg coc application. Like sa case ko since nasa australia na ako and dun yung country of residence ko at the time na nagsubmit ako ng coc application dito po ako nagpafingerprint then pinadala ko sa sg kasama yung ibang requirements.

@Micaiah08 May itanong lang po sana ulit ako, pasensya na if this has been mentioned in another thread/posts. Mag request na po kasi kami ng police certificate via mail may mga need lang po ako iclarify

Confirm ko lang po yung mga questions sa app form kung naalala nyo pa.

1) Identification No (NRIC) - leave it blank po ba or need ilagay yung dating FIN no?

2) Date of Departure - leave it blank din po ba ito, or maglagay lang kami ng kahit anong date

3) Sa Reason/s for Appeal in COC Appeal Form - for Visa Australia?

@TTam nilagay ko yung FIN ko then for date of departure nilagay ko yung date of departure ko sa singapore. Sa reason/s for appeal: migration purpose (Australia).

@TTam.. kelangan ng fingerprint scan.. kung andito ka sa Manila ngaun, pwede ka kumuha sa NBI Main UN Avenue.. dun n lang ngi-issue ngaun ng fingerprint scan.. kelangan mo lang dalhin yung email letter ng Australia with TRN no. tsaka 2x2 picture.. libre ung filing nito.. ipapa-authenticate nila sa DFA un kaya sa DFA n pickup after 1 week.. wag ka lang pumunta ng around lunch time wala ung officer dun.. mghihintay ka pa ng 1pm..

^^ We were able to apply for Singapore Police COC kanina. Sakto na may trip ako sa SG kaya I brought the acknowledgement letter, thumbprints taken in the Police precint, application form, our passports and documents stating our past existence in Singapore. Wala ng tanong-tanong. Sabi samin e I-mail nila after 10 working days pero just now may email kaming natanggap na ganito:

Content:

Dear Applicant,

Your Certificate of Clearance is ready to be mailed to you. Your COC reference number is COC No. XXXXXX.

Pede na kaya naming I-pick up instead na mail nila? Or this is just a standard acknowledgement reply? I will be in SG til Monday next week.

@itchard.. tawagan mo sila para sure.. nung nag-apply kse ako nung 2013 from here sa Pinas.. walang email na ganyan..

baka mabilis na ngaun.. himala.. dati inabot ng 3 months ung COC ko dahil sa miscommunication.. other officers replying my email said my COC is ready.. intay ako ng intay wala.. un pala hindi tinanggap ung bank draft ko.. nung nagbayad ung friend ko in person.. ayaw naman tanggapin kse daw kelangan ung mga requirements etc.. hindi sila properly coordinated.. magulo silang kausap.. kaya sa mga nasa labas ng SG.. habaan nio ung pasensya nio..

@Micaiah08 tanong ko lang po kung ilang months naprocess ang COC nyo? Nakita ko po kasi sa timeline nyo na 2015 lang din kayo kumuha.

@raspberry0707 Grabe naman po na 3 months, kung ok lang po itanong, bakit po ibinalik ang bank draft nyo? Magpapagawa din po kasi kami ng bank draft ngayon.

@raspberry0707 Yeah tatawagan nga naming bukas to check whether ready na for pick-up na lang since nandito naming ako til Friday. Hopefully pede na.

@TTam 10 working days yung processing ng COC (from the day na nareceive ng COC office until sa release date). Plus few days pa kasi pinamail ko ang docs/application from Sydney then pinamail ulit ng friend ko pabalik dito after nya icollect yung COC.

Hi puede po ba ako magrequest ng COC kahit nasa EOI stage palang ako?

@grant512 ang alam ko po hindi pwede... kasi kailangan acknowledgement of valid application received and yung Visa application summary (marereceive through email upon visa lodgement) pag nagsubmit ng COC application...
