Ask ko po, kasi yong sa latest employer ko 3sets of docs yong isubmit ko, 1. Standard COE 2. JD signed by boss with letterhead, tasks n accountabilities, tools used, type of employment, qualification skilled required, job title at my contact details ng signatory.3. Payslip, bank statement. Total years: 5 years and 10 months.
Tapos yong other 2 employers, 2 sets each having 1. COE with Tasks and accountabilities, salary, date of employment, position ko sa company, signed by HR. 2. SSS contribution, annual summary and monthly contribution. Total years: 3 years and 6 months.
