@Megger Baka po kasi di i-honor ng TRA kung COE lang and separate JD ang gagawin nyo. Kasi yung COE, parang secondary evidence lang sya...pero yung Employment statement with required content as stated sa guide, eh yun talaga ang isa sa requirements nila.

2.5.3 Supporting documents

You are required to provide the following documents with your application for a valid

TRA Migration Skills Assessment:

 a completed application form which is signed and dated

 a certified copy of the biographical identity page of your valid passport. If your

passport does not contain a photograph, you must also send a certified

passport photograph of yourself

 certified copies of:

your qualification and/or apprenticeship documents such as final

certificates or diplomas relevant to your nominated occupation

a full academic transcript of results, including the start and end date of

your qualification/award (resulting from either training and/or assessment)

evidence of the nature and content of the qualification/award including

subjects achieved. The evidence should describe the content of each

subject and any machines, tools and equipment used

 contact details for the organisation issuing the qualification

 certified employment statements that can be independently validated (

employment statements must include all the requirements in Section 2.8)

 evidence of payment of the application fee.

But then again, based on my understanding lang naman to...

Pero if I were u, I wont take the risk na COE lang and separate declaration for the tools ang i-submit ... sayang, baka mareject lang nila. Might as well, gumawa ka na lang ng statutory declaration then i-attach mo as supporting doc yung COE, pero I dont know kung pede mag-stat declaration kung walang pipirma...kasi ang alam ko lang pag alang letterhead e.

update guys, i had received this morning my skills assessment outcome thru email ( PDF ), and its SUCCESSFULL, tagumpay! thanks to bro @Adamantium for the advise/guidance, just followed it all and Prayed everyday :-)

btw, took only 44 days, so di ko expect na mapapaaga.

Additional info re:

Education - Degree ko from ETEEAP ay inde na assess, only my Tech/Voc Diploma ( 2 yrs )

which is equivalent to Cert III, this would amount to 10pts..

Work Experience - Start ng skilled employment ko sa nominated occupation eh after completion/graduation ng Tech/Voc ( 2 yrs ), bale meet ko yung 8 yrs work experience, so that would be 15pts..

Special Order ( TESDA requirement para maka graduate )

Work Experience:

SSS Member Contribution ( pinas work experience )

Annual Salary Performance Review ( basta may naka reflect na sweldo )

Old COE and compensation ( naka indicate sweldo/VL/AL, bonus etc )

Incomplete payslip or ITR

Congrats Bro. Nakakainspire. Ask ko lang di kasi nabanggit yong job description sa docs mo, nsa COE na ba yon. With all the details like tools used, office hour etc.? Im asking a signature pa for Detailed JD sa previous employr ko. Hopefully I will submit before the end of the month.

@Megger, i mean on top of the usual primary requirements such as COE, Payslips etc..

Contents ng COE ko ay yung basic info e.g. salary,start/end ng employment, contact number / signature ng HR.. Yung Tools/Instruments used, work hours ay sa Employment Statement ko nilagay.

Basically, some informations from your COE, even if detailed with HR signatories , you still need to have the Employment Statement, which will be signed by your current/former boss/supervisor or anyone higher level position than you na pede mo pa macontact..

@paulcasablanca1980 Btw, sa semicon ka rin di ba? credited lahat ng years mo? Nga pala, sa payslip, pede ba na at least 2x/ yr ang i-submit?

@paulcasablanca1980 congrats brod, tuloy tuloy na yan hanggang visa. Halos lahat ng kailangan mo sa visa nakuha mo na nung nagpaassess ka sa tra. Aral aral na lang sa PTE at malamang swak ka na sa aussie.

@vhenzchico TRA can only assess the maximum of advance diploma and they cant assess degrees. He can get points for his degree if he gets assessed by vetassess. Educational qualifications and skills assessment are independent from each other. You can have a phd in teaching and get points for that in education even if you were assessed as a butcher by tra. As for the years of experience, tra only gives you when you were able to start in the nominated occupation but not the total number of years. They have a separate assessment for that which is totally not needed and expensive, the points test advice. Remember, tra already assessed at least 3 years as relevant in your work experience. If you have all your work evidences clear and complete then just go ahead and let immigration review your total work experience.

@vhenzchico if your payslip has all the details the same as a "primary source" as detailed by TRA below then once is enough per year.

TRA will require at least one primary source of evidence or a minimum of two

secondary sources of evidence for each year and each period of employment

being claimed. Additional evidence may also be requested.

Primary sources of evidence may include:

 Tax records that cite the name of the applicant and the employer

 Annual payment summaries/Group certificates that cite the name of the

applicant and the employer

 Pay slips that include the name of the employer, commencement date of the

employment and year to date income information

 Superannuation documents that cite the name of the applicant and the name

of the employer

 Annual/company returns (for self-employed applicants) with an accompanying

accountant statement

Secondary sources of evidence may include:

Department of Education and Training TRA Migration Skills Assessment Applicant Guidelines Page 25

 Pay slips (without details of commencement date or year to date income

information)

 Advice regarding wages paid in an employer statement (in accordance with

Section 2.8.6)

 A certified statement from your registered/certified accountant.

 Letters from taxation offices that do not contain the name of the employer

 Bank statements showing income deposited from employment.

@adamantium pwed bang sabay i launch ang application ng vetasses for the degree and TRA? Would one requires the other? Thanks.

@Megger pwede naman, but of course the only reason that you would go this route is because either kulang ka ng points or you want to get invited earlier to apply for the visa. Once a month na lang ngayon ata mag invite kaya kung gusto niyo mauna eh the more points the better.

@adamantium I have a Standard COE and official job description from my previous coy in the Phils. Pina CTC ko dapat ito sa Pinas kaso ang ginawa ng lawyer ay notaryo, and they lost the original copies. So I have only the notarized copy. Is it ok to CTC this notarized copy and send to TRA?

@vhenzchico, yep semicon lahat exp ko ( total 12 yrs ) Backend to Final Test, pero i claim ko lang eh 8yrs.. Based kasi sa assessment ko, nag start ako mag skilled work from the day i graduated ( Tech/Voc Diploma )

@vhenzchico , mukhang ok naman na sa SSS contribution kasi nakalagay ang company name at monthly contributions mo pero don't take my word for it, the more the merrier ika nga. What you can do is to map out what evidences you have for each year, if you have one "primary source" as what I've linked earlier then that year should be "enough", if you don't you can get bank statements for a particular month of that year which you're missing. Again the key here is to provide as much evidence as possible that they would not have any doubts on your claims, decision ready is what they want. Again, you just have to prove minimum of 3 years so probably make the last 3 years' evidences very clear and complete.

@megger , Hindi ko alam pero ang alam ko sa notaryo ay yung original ay pipirmahan in front of a witness which is normally a notary public. A document that has already been signed by the issuer cannot be notarized unless it is signed in the presence of a notary. So a notarized document is actually an original. Magulo ano? kung magulo eh ulitin mo na lang hehe. Ayaw ng TRA ng magulo, ikaw din, sayang ang $1000. Mas mabuti pa na walang notaryo kahit photocopy lang siya ng original tapos xerox mo siya ulit tapos yun ang pa ctc mo.

@megger I didnt go through stat declaration but here is what the MSA guideline says:

"If you are supplying a statutory declaration from outside Australia, statutory

declarations must be signed and stamped by a person with authority to do so as

recognised by the law of the country where the declaration is being made. In all

instances, the statutory declaration must have the declarant’s signature witnessed by

a legal authority in the country where the declaration was made."

It would also be more productive if you read through the guidelines found in the website first to have a general understanding of the whole process. It's difficult to base your whole TRA application from the answers in this forum. Although this forum has been very informative, I had to research all the details and information myself through reading the guidelines and through Mr. google, even the answers I just gave you now.
