They also mentioned "you may be contacted to provide additional evidence" If TRA cannot verify your qualification claims. Same with the Payment evidence. They mentioned "Please note TRA may request additional evidence if your claims cannot be verified". So meaning, they will not automatically turn down your application?! 🙂 Not sure though but I hope so.

claimed from two of the categories....", so per year you need to provide 2 sets of the required evidence? Tama po ba pagkakainitindi ko? Thanks

Yes po. Yan din pagkakaintindi ko. Dapat dalawa sa mga nakalista dun. Say for example, BIR + 3 payslips per year per employment OR BIR + Bank statements per year per employment. Parang mas strikto na ngayon ang guidelines nila specially for employment na medyo matagal na...

Ask po sna ulit ako.. kung nsa CSOL po ba ang occupation nainaapplyan pwde po b mgsponsor ang relative kpg ang apply ko n visa ay 489.. salamat po ulit..

ung sa mga paper ko po.. ngscan ksi ako.. halos inabot po ng 100MB lahat.. pano po kya un.. as PDF po db? Salamat po ng marami.. God Bless po..

the Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS), who must have been nominated by an Australian employer to fill a position in an occupation that appears in the CSOL

Temporary Work (Skilled) visa (subclass 457)

Training visa (subclass 407).

*Para ma reduced yung size ng pdf, try mo i check ang settings nung scanner/printer, HP have this settings wherein you can adjust yung quality, i always select to the "Least" medyo readable pa naman at nasa 5MB lang mga 1 to 3 pages.

Hi Sir/Ma'am,

Ask ko lang po ilit pano kung kulang ang payslip na maipapakita ko, ksi po nakanote dun n 3payslip per year eh meron lang po ako naitago n 1month payslip per year. ano mo b maganda gawin.. supporting documents ko lang is Tax withheld 2009-2015, SSS and pag-ibig contribution from company record... maraming salamat po.

yung TRA ko dw kc di nmention n qualified yung diploma ko...

Sign a health undertaking

A Medical Officer of the Commonwealth (MOC) has determined that you need to complete

and sign a Health Undertaking. A Health Undertaking is frequently required for visa

applicants in a range of circumstances including evidence of exposure to Tuberculosis (TB)

or other health conditions of concern.

You must complete and sign Form 815 Health Undertaking, make a copy for your records,

and return it to this office within the timeframe specified in the covering letter.

Klangan po kaya dito ng other medical records.
