Sign a health undertaking

A Medical Officer of the Commonwealth (MOC) has determined that you need to complete

and sign a Health Undertaking. A Health Undertaking is frequently required for visa

applicants in a range of circumstances including evidence of exposure to Tuberculosis (TB)

or other health conditions of concern.

You must complete and sign Form 815 Health Undertaking, make a copy for your records,

and return it to this office within the timeframe specified in the covering letter.

Klangan po kaya dito ng other medical records.

assessed as "SUCCESSFUL" for the occupation of 342314?
Your Diploma or Degree qualification is comparable to atleast AQF Diploma or III or IV Certificate?
Your employment evidence meets TRA .... etc?

Dyan mo kasi madetermine kung ilang points ma claim mo, medyo weird naman yan..

Health undertaking naman, download ka ng Form 815, fill up mo, scan at upload sa immiaccount, btw ano results ng mga medicals nyo? Health Clearance provided - no action required ba? Yung may mga health/medical issues ang hinihingan nyan.

342314 which can be used when you apply to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP).

To work in some occupations in parts of Australia, you may be subject to further testing, assessment or State

Sa health Sir, no action required nmn kmi kaso ndeclare ko na ngspot ako sa baga 15 years ago. Baka kaya ako hiningian nyan. Sama ko nrin kaya ung hospital records ko?

@RobertCastro Sir ganyan din yung result ko sa TRA pero nag vetassess ako for my education qualification kasi degree ako tpos di nman nila ko pwede bigyan ng diploma...... di ka pla ng PTA sa vetassess?
