@kate26 did you apply for brdging visa b? kasi binigay sakin isa bridging visa A lg. worry ko baka ndi pa lumabas result hanggang december 2018 eh haha uuwi kasi. lodged mine last september 2017 pa.did medicals last december. wala pa din akong case officer . bakit kaya ganon. should i ring them?

@grace1980 onshore po. pag lodge ko ng application .grant agad and bridging visa A. but dahil tourist visa ako nung pumunta dito. tinapos muna yung 3 months na tourist bago sya naging effrctive

Hello po. Ano po ba yung possibilities na pwede madeny yung tourist visa or mabigyan ng no further stay clause? Kakaapply lang po kasi ng hubby ko and walang guarantee ang agent na maibigay regarding sa grant and clause.

Hi, my hubby-to-be was granted with 1 year multiple entry, max 3 months stay TV. We are planning to get married here in AU on his first entry then lodge an onshore partner visa. If we do this, when will the BVA takes effect? Does it take effect if he stayed longer than 3 months on his first entry, or do we really need to wait for a year and he needs to go back to PH before the BVA takes effect?

Hello! In regards to Form 80 , character assessment , were there any instances in which your case officer asked you to further provide an identification document of any of your non-migrating family member? ie., mother's passport, brother's birth cert, etc.

Hello guys. Sa mga under Bridging Visa B, awaiting PARTNER 820 visa grant, hinahanap ba ng immi officers sa NAIA ang CFO guidance and counselling cert / sticker pag pabalik na ng Aus? Sa tingin niyo, need ko na magpunta sa CFO? Magiging problem kaya sa naia immi yun pag wala akong ma present pabalik ng Aus? Thank you!

Pwede ba may ongoing application ng PV offshore tapos nag tourist then apply ng Bridging visa while waiting sa decision? Willing naman mag exit pag may result na. Ty

BV is only for when u apply onshore

@dayang14 They will only give u sticker if u have approved PV. Cert lang need mo ipakita as proof na u went for the seminar and counseling

Hello everyone! Planning to lodge 820 once my TV is granted. Question po sa TV, lets say multiple entry po ang igrant sa akin, kailangan po ba matapos muna ang 1 yr validity ng TV ko before magtake effect ang BVA after magapply for 820? Maraming salamat po sa mga answers niyo. 🙂
