Hi mga kabayan, we will be leaving SA in few days and will go to perth. May bahay kami na nirerentahan in parafield gardens and I was wondering kung meron gustong mag-rent na pinoy. I can make a recommendation sa agency kung may interesado. Maganda yung location ng bahay at walking distance lang sa railway and bus station, school, foodland, pharmacy at asian grocery. Around 20 mins going to cbd via train. The rent is 275/wk, mura na to for a 3-bedroom house with garage. I just want to help kasi alam naman natin kung gaano kahirap kumuha ng bahay dito sa SA. Hi kabayans! Has anyone here applied for a job in SA while still out of Australia? Ung habang nahahanda palang ng pag settle dyan. Do employers entertain such applications? Or kailangan andyan na? Which has a better chance? Any advices?

Either way. Kapag ngumiti po ang suwerte, mapa-onshore or offshore kung opportunity talaga na mapa sa iyo, sa yo na talaga. Kung fit na fit ka sa job post and employer wants you, smooth sailing yun. Employers would always give fair chances and they would always notify you about your application outcome.
