tama si @metaform, kung okay nmn ang mga documents, you dont need to get a new one.. ipapanotarize mo lang sa lawyer (mas mura sa pinas).
when i say okay nmn ang docs, i mean it will satisfy the requirements of EA.. for example, cert of employment should include, date of actual employment, if your regular employee, your salary, detailed job description, signed by your HR..
