@sallylavalle did the same thing and got my NBI clearance from Ms. Sandra also. I gave extra cash though so that she can send it through DHL rather than snail mail.

@sallylavalle I gave1000php. I asked my mom to call her as soon as the mail is tagged as delivered in Manila. Ms. Sandra is nice enough to even inform my mom that there is an excess of 100+ on the amount I gave. 🙂

Pwede po ba Do-it-yourself fingerprint taking kung may naka attached naman na old NBI clearance expired 2012? or kelangan talaga sa Australian Police station/Philippine embassy magpa fingerprint?

sinend po ba ni Ms. Sandra pabalik sayo yung clearance via DHL? pumapayag ba sila na send nila pabalik through courier?

@apc I provided Ms. Sandra the following documents: old NBI clearance, passport photo, filled-up online NBI form. She arranged for the new NBI clearance to be sent back to me through DHL. You may reach her at this mobile # 09156893113

I think based sa pag-backread ko, requesting NBI clearance thru M. Sandra is fine. Ito din gawin ko soon in God's will.

hi po, after nagbackread, ito po na-summarize ko & gawin ko:

Contact Ms. Sandra Sobida thru mobile # 09156893113
Send thru her EMAIL address the following:
- scanned filled out form from the nbi website using my address abroad
- scanned 2x2 picture with white background
- scanned old nbi clearance
- scanned passport
Send payment through western union. Note: 115 pesos per clearance plus xxx pesos depends if ordinary mail lang or courier (DHL).
