Yep that's what I did. This morning I called her sa mobile nia. Then she said kung kaya ko daw maipadala na today para wed. mareceive nia na kasi naka-leave daw sya thurs and fri ata. So pinadala ko na yung form and reqts sa DHL directly to her address sa NBI (Mailed Clearance Section, NBI Taft) tpos pinadala ko na din yung payment. Sabi ko kung pwede ma-rush, sbi nia baka by friday or early next week mapadala na nia yung clearance sakin through DHL din.
For me, this is the most convenient, hassle-free way of handling this NBI clearance request.
Btw, ang gastos ng DHL ha. PHP1,200 per padala so PHP2,400 round trip haha

SG ka din? PH to SG DHL charge is 720 pesos.
If may kakilala ka doon na malapit lang din, your option is to let your relative/friend pick-up your NBI clearance, scan, then email to you.
(6.5 and 6.0 for the last 2 attempts). I took last 10th May, sana 7.0 na in all bands para Oz nalang. π
Tama ka, minsan mas mahal pa nga talaga yang "lambing" gasto na yan hahaha
So, for other OFWs out there, you have the option to contact Ms. Sandra through her mobile # +63-915-689-3113 to request for NBI Clearance and you may arrange with her to deliver the copy to you or you can have your relative in Manila to pick it up, scan it and email it to you. Mas mabilis and saves you $$.
Cheers!
