@natnor hello =) ask ko lang sana kung nagpa-fingerprint ka pa ba sa Philippine Embassy dyan sa SG? ok lang ba magrequest kay Ms. Sandra directly? anong steps ginawa mo to get NBI clearance while abroad?

@the_adventurer, Hey Guys, sorry to hear that for Ms. Sandra, Anyways i was trying to call her yesterday kaya lang she did not pick up, but im glad to hear na nakausap mo xa, actually she told me to fill up the form online then send it to her, thats what i did but sabi nya, ibang form daw, confused na tuloy ako, ito yung form na finill upan ko:

Anybody here na same ang ginawa, otherwise im going to do what @the_adventurer has done, send here the form from Phil embassy (authenticated and with finger print).

or baka mali yung website na nakunan ko ng form...

Yung form (color blue) fi-fill-up-an mo sa Philippine Embassy. May responsible person dun na nagfafacilitate ng procedure including fingerprinting. Then he will stamp and sign it. Yung form na yun together with your old NBI clearance, 2x2 passport ang ipadala mo kay Ms. Sandra through DHL. Contact her muna before mo ipadala. You can arrange with her na i-deliver sa current address mo yung clearance after around 5 days. Please call her sa number nia posted here. 🙂

Nakuha ko na yung NBI clearance ko kaya lang wala yung thumbmark ko. Did you upload your clearance without affixing your thumbmark? Sabi kasi ni Ms. Sandra, wag daw ako mag-thumbmark ng mag-isa ko. It should be done in the Embassy witnessed by someone there. thanks!

As far as I can remember, yung sakin before di ko ina-ffix yung thumbmark nakalimutan ko kasi tapos dun ko na realize after ko nana upload. So, I guess ok lang wala.

@islanderndcity as far as I can remember di ako nag thumbmark dati sa NBI ko dahil nalaman ko lang din after ko na na upload hehe. Sige ok lang din yun.

guys, am so desperate to get an NBI clearance now... andito ako australia. nag back read ako... im from bohol, okay lang ba kay miss sandra din ipadala yung fingerprints and all other documents ko for NBI renewal? or kailangan talaga na sa main office? kasi wala akong alam na direct contact person sa main office eh. si miss sandra lang yung kadalasan na babasa ko and i think hindi siya from main office. nag punta na ako sa consulate ready na lahat ng papers ko... sana may mag reply... thank you po. @tharty katulad ng mga nababasa mo dito, karamihan ay pinadala din sa nbi main office na si ms sandra nga ang contact person as of now..

Send your docs with tracking, then call them to check pag na receive na nila..

This process works so there is nothing to worry about..

hi po, i'm also based here in SG. hingi sana ako advice kung pupunta na ba ako sa Phil Embassy dito for thumbprinting kahit waiting pa ng visa invitation (submitted my EOI last 25-June) or antayin muna ma-invite bago proceed for the thumbprinting?
