@jacdang okay naman po may nakausap nmn po akong client svc officer kso busy ata si CO kya d xa nakausap ko. nagemail po kc ko nug friday aftr ko mrcv email nya kso til now wla p sgot urgent pa naman po kc akala ni COvisit ako now s Au. nklgy s email nya n i have to inform them when ako balik pinas paa mfinalise un application. e nndto kng nmn ako ph nagwewait ng decision. T.T

@say05 ayy ganon sis! where did they get the idea that u r goin to Au? Did u include it in the application form that u intend to go to Au on a particular date? In my case kasi, i dont hav a plan to fly to Au while waiting for a visa grant, but when i booked a flight (because of piso fare, haha), I emailed my CO to inform her of my upcoming flight. That was b4 I lodge the tourist visa.

@jacdang D po satisfied ung CO n bblik p kmi pinas kc immediate fam ko n po si hubby.. ska cgro po isang bagsak ung lagay nmin ng malaking amt s acct. bka po un. Last yr p po un Feb 2014. Atleast po ngyon okay na hehe nagaantay nlng po ng murang airfare

Hello sisses!

I got my subclass 309 visa last week so right now am looking at the pre-departure requirements. I have some questions though, would appreciate any info on this -

Do I have to register at the CFO even though I got a provisional/temporary visa, not the permanent (subclass 100) one?
Do I have to attend the seminar/guidance counselling by the CFO even though my partner is not a foreign national/former citizen? My husband has a Skilled Migrant PR visa.
What else do I need to accomplish before leaving for Australia?

Thank you in advance for any help! Lost na lost na ako eh, can't seem to find relevant info in the CFO webpage.

PS. I got my visa 9 months and 2 weeks after lodging the application. I think that time frame is the norm now.. Nakakastress talaga mag antay pero hang in there! Darating din yan 🙂

@say05 congrats sis on ur visa grant !! xenxa late :-S told u, ur case is one of the exceptions that need to b granted immediately ;😉 btw, are u here in Au na?

hi! anyone who tried to apply for a tourist visa while waiting for their partner's visa?

napprove ba? ano support na binigay nu?

@ging sa pagkakaalam q kailangan mong magsubmit ng manibagong requirements needed for tourist visa application including invitation letter, bank statemet mo at ng partner, other assets mo, certificate of employment at leave sa work... Kg sufficient ang support mo malki ang chance na maapprove ang ung application... 🙂

@mayang prob ko kc if magresign ako wla akong support ng return (employment). Pwede kaya maging support ang application for partner's visa? eh, need ko nman talaga bumalik para magrant ang visa.

@ging i did apply last Nov while waiting for my visa..i applied online..i attached my COE, flight details, pay slip, ITR, approved leave and my hubby's pay slip..approved nmn after 2weeks..hope this helps

@jacdang thanks sis. gaano katagal ang stay mo dun? ano kaya alternative ng approved leave since plan ko magresign.

@ging 9 days lng sis xe 5days lng leave q + 2weekends..wag ka muna mgresign sis until ma-grant visa mo or malapit na ma-grant
