Hello. Anyone experience po sa pte account na nakalimutan password. But naka-ilang try muna ako bago ko i-forgot password. Nung nagpasok na ko new password. Successful naman but upon logging in again, the message was:
Alert: for security reasons, your session has been inactivated. This typically occurs when no activity has been detected. Pls start over.
I contacted a live chat customer service. Binigyan niya ko temporary password, but nung sign in ulit ako. Ganun pa din lumitaw. Nagchat ulit ako sa customer service. Nagbigay ulit new temp password. Nagmomitify naman sa email ko. Pero ganun pa din. Ayaw pa din. 🙁 baka daw kasi ang dami ko tries nung una. Kaya nagkaganun. Should I wait for 24hours to try again?
marerecover ko pa kaya yung account ko? Naghihintay pa naman ako ng score from PTE exam ko yesterday 🙁
