Hi Good day po. Naghahanap po ako ng thread about old NBI clearance, then nakita ko po ito. Just wanted to ask about getting NBI Clearance po sa pinas while nasa abroad. Kaso yung relatives namin nasa province lahat. Hirap mag byahe sa Pinas.

pina-DHL ko with tracking para matrack ko kung nareceive na sa NBI... then after that tinawagan ko yung department nila Miss Sandra to confirm na nareceive nila yung application and if pwede i-email yung scanned clearance.....

mabait naman sila dun and may sistema na sila, basta need mo lang mag-followup kasi busy ata yung department nila.

NOTE dito ako sa while in Australia nag-apply

Another question pala po , nag enclose ba kayo ng 200 Php for processing and mailing ng renewed nbi clearance? Nagallow ba ang courier ng ganun?

Ako na po sasagot dito para mas clear po. Yes po Ma’am I have enclosed a Php 200 for the processing fee and requested Ms Sandra to send a scanned copy to my email. I have also enclosed additional xxx pesos and again requested them to send the hard copy to my address in the Phil.

And yes, we just lodge our citizenship application last March 5 and still waiting for the test/interview invite.

My question po ako. Our PR is due to expire on July 2021.. With the current processing times, parang aabutan po kmi ng visa expiry while still waiting for the citizenship application to progress and get the result.

Hindi ko po sure if we should apply for an RRV (subclass 155/157) to guarantee na makapagstay p kami here? Or is there any other way po to ensure that we can lawfully stay here while waiting for the citizenship application result?

Yung pagka PR hindi nag exxpire kahit 100 years ka sa loob ng oz ( medyu exag pero you get the point)

Yung travel facility lang pag exacto 5th yr andun ka sa labas ng oz, kaya kelangan rrv

as long as you wont be going outside Au, no need to do anything, we are still lawfully allowed to stay.
RRV is only required if your PR visa is expired and you need to be outside AU, and you want to return.
