Hi @Rubled22 - let's dispell the notion that invitation is being done by occupation then date & time. The reason why @saintluke was invited was not because of his nominated occupation but by the fact that he got 65 points.
In this round, the lowest score for people receiving the invites was 60 - this means that there is no more backlog for people with 65 points. If you have 65 points and above, as long as you have submitted a few hours before the Oct 15 cut-off, sure ka na makakakuha ng invites.
Having said this, in the coming months the cut-off should stabilize at 60pts assuming that the quality of the EOI continue its trend the past few weeks!
