Mackay is really very regional. My partner and I were in Tasmania before but now here in Geelong. It's just an hour away from Melbourne and ABS (Australia Bureau of Statistics) just moved here. I think it's because Mackay is soooo regional that's why you felt like not coming back. Try Geelong. You might need to re-skill yourself or reinvent yourself to find a niche while you wait for the PR. Don't give up too easily @gracee 🙂

hi @gracee you can actually request your state to release you. we're sponsored by another state but were released. that's why we're here in victoria. try girl, try.

@gracee you can ask qld govt if pwede ka nila release sa commitment with them. nagtanong kasi ako dati if pwede kmi sa adelaide. They said maghanap daw muna kami work atlis 6 months onshore kpag wala pagiisipan daw nila. 489 din kasi kmi ni hubby eh sa Adelaide sya nag ka job offer khit offshore pa kami kaso d pumayag kaya dpa kmi nag move ng oz. takot pa dn kami iwan work dito dubai tapos start zero pagdating oz.

Hi @Isyut PM-ed you. In regard documents, i prepared the following: proof of 1 year work (payslips, contract, super, tax, bank statement - GIRO kasi yung salary), 2 years residence (letters, Lease agreement, utilities), police check (Australian), then relationship kasi may de facto ako.

hi. Magtatanong lang sana kang mahirap ba i-fulfill yung one year na full-time work as requirement para ma-PR? Kelangan ba tlga full-time? 0r pwede 2 part-time jobs?

Need help talaga, I am planning to apply for 489 visa, I am accountant, eh kaso alam ko need ng assessment from cpa, icaa or ipa, naginquire ako sa icaa if what score ng ielts ang need ko, kasi sa website nila pag 485 visa 6 each dapat ang ielts tapos yung permanent visa 7 each dapat, pero di nila masagot ang tanong ko, sabi nila check ko sa immigration website, nkalagay naman sa website you should have atleast 6 lang. Ang tanong ko po what ba score is needed if 489 visa is only provisional visa and is not 485 or permanent visa. thanks.

Aim for a score (minimum) of 7, additional points for you plus you satisfy (even surpass, whichever is the case) the requirement of cpa, icaa or ipa. Good luck!

Hello, question po about SS 489 visa. After po ma fulfill yung 2 years stay with 1 yr work experience - pag nag apply po ba ng PR still under state sponsorship po yun? Or once PR, free na to explore Oz? Thank you in advance po sa mga sasagot.
