hey guys, happy new year!

i'd like to ask the successful applicants about the "financial capacity" requirement. it's now a requirement but did SA ask for your bank statements or something as evidence of your funds?

i dont have the money now, but for sure i will have funds before i go there. im worried in case they will ask for it.

actually sa mga kasabay ko na nakakuha ng SA sponsorship wala naman po nakalagay dun sa visa restrictions na may show money tlaga. Nd rin ako nagsend ng bank statements.

question lang po kasi ung pggenerate ung documents to be attached after paying the visa ai hiningan po aq nga Australian education and work experience. tapos ung partner ko naman ai custody.

chinek ko ulit ung eoi claim (pdf file) at ung sa visa questionnaire (pdf file) ko hindi naman aq nag claim ng points at tsaka NO ung sagot ko sa mga questions na un.

should i just wait for my CO to explain? or mai email add ung diac for these kind of questions?

just upload the basic documents, and those related to your claimed points..

kung hindi ka naman nagclaim ng AU educ and work exp, then wala ka dapat i upload dun...

im wondering para saan ang custody? double check your EOI records:

partner custody? or child custody?
married po ba kayo or de-facto?
baka may anak po kayo na kasama iba ang surname sa application nyo? so inaasume nila na anak nyo sa previous relationship..
or ang age ni partner eh baka teen age pa (minor).. hahah?

@lock_code2004 kasi my question dun na is the dependent included below 18yrs? eh NO naman answer ko dun. mg.attach nalng aq dito nga birth certificate since nasa drop down naman ng mga options for custody.

dependent ko pala is my fiance. baka nghahanap lang talaga ng proof na 18yrs old n above ung partner ko at hindi corrupting minors..haha 🙂

haha.. tama po... baka mali ang year of birth na nailagay nyo sa fiancee.. daisy-syete.. lol..

Question po, pag State Sponsorship, after ka ma approve for SS, meron rin pa rin po bang hintayan ng CO? or sa 189 lang po ang CO? Thanks for the clarificaiton

DIAC CO is for all visa applications... SS is only checking if you pass the state's requirement.

so kahit approved kana sa SS, it does not mean na approved kana rin agad sa Visa...

you need to wait to be allocated by a Case Officer as well..

hello po! I am planning to send my SS in SA, may optional document requirement sila about sa Employment contract, Yun na rin ba ang COE or kailangan letter from the company? at kailangan ko pa bang mag attach nun since optional naman sya?

Totoo po ba na seloso ang SA sa SS nila? nabasa ko lang sa comment ni @phyco na dapat nag primary State sa sponsorship is SA.

Saka please clarify po sa mga na-approve sa SA, nag attach pa rin po ba kayo ng employment contract? pwede ba dun ang COE lang?

Sana may makatulong po sa'kin to give As to my Qs below. Some requirements kasi sa EA medyo narrative lang but I'm sure those of u who've done it already, malinaw na sa inyo; based na kasi sa experience nyo eh.

According to Page 2 of CDR Application Form, one of the authorised persons to certify copies of documents:

A Notary Public authorised in the country of application.

Q:Is this strictly observed na dapat nasa country of application ang mag-notary? Kasi halos lahat ng certified true copies ko ay galing pa sa Pinas but I'm currently working abroad & dito na rin mag-apply for Australia.

If with 6.0 IELTS score, this means can proceed with EA skills assessment but CAN'T for SS application. Kasi alam ko 6.5 na ang bagong minimum score ng SS application for St. Australia (Adelaide).
