I'm applying for Industrial Engineer 233511
Sana may makatulong po sa'kin to give As to my Qs below. Some requirements kasi sa EA medyo narrative lang but I'm sure those of u who've done it already, malinaw na sa inyo; based na kasi sa experience nyo eh.

According to Page 2 of CDR Application Form, one of the authorised persons to certify copies of documents:
A Notary Public authorised in the country of application.
Q:Is this strictly observed na dapat nasa country of application ang mag-notary? Kasi halos lahat ng certified true copies ko ay galing pa sa Pinas but I'm currently working abroad & dito na rin mag-apply for Australia.

A: kung galing sa pinas ang docs mo, at pina CTC mo na dun dati pa.. that would be okay.. I applied when i was in Dubai, but all my docs were CTCed in PH, kasi ang mahal sa Dubai....
Approved nmn ang EA assessment ko..

If with 6.0 IELTS score, this means can proceed with EA skills assessment but CAN'T for SS application. Kasi alam ko 6.5 na ang bagong minimum score ng SS application for St. Australia (Adelaide).
Q:Correct po ba?

A: Tama, you have to satify all IELTS requirements (Assessing Authority/State/DIAC).. so i suggest continue with the EA assessment, and then review/take exam while waiting for the EA result.. para paglabas, sakto exam kana for the SS application.

According to Page 1 of GSM pdf, the pass mark to be eligible for visa grant is 65.
Q: Hindi ba 60 lang?

A: yes its 60 pts now.. baka hindi updated ang booklet nila.. the best way is to check sa EOI/Skillselect website sa mga updates...

- Q: How Master's degree can help add points?

A: sa Point system, it wont matter, kasi ang increment ng points is diploma, bachelor, phd..
so for me walang added points ang MS ko..

Q: how to get points through the Additional Assessment Services? I mean I don't understand how this works.
Thnks po n advance sa kusang tutulong. God bless.

A: for EA, there are two asessment services (separate fee)
for the standard assessment, to assess your skills/occupation (thru CDR) kung pasado sa guidelines ng EA at ANZSCO code..
additional services, if you want to claim points for either PHD, or work experience kung meron ka ng 3yrs, 5yrs, 8yrs work exp outside of AU, or 1yr, 3yr, 5yr work exp in AU..
i availed both, para alam ko ang i-claim ko sa EOI points.. at yun din ang recommendation ng DIAC, ksi un ang basis nila for validating/awarding points on your EOI...

--Q: so f I'll avail both, ang focus ng additional services would be on my work experiences? d ba ina-assess rin sa std assessment yong work experiences ko?
Q: then how much ang expected points f will pass thru add'l services? yon ba yong 5 extra points?
