Q:Is this strictly observed na dapat nasa country of application ang mag-notary? Kasi halos lahat ng certified true copies ko ay galing pa sa Pinas but I'm currently working abroad & dito na rin mag-apply for Australia.

A: kung galing sa pinas ang docs mo, at pina CTC mo na dun dati pa.. that would be okay.. I applied when i was in Dubai, but all my docs were CTCed in PH, kasi ang mahal sa Dubai....

Approved nmn ang EA assessment ko..

If with 6.0 IELTS score, this means can proceed with EA skills assessment but CAN'T for SS application. Kasi alam ko 6.5 na ang bagong minimum score ng SS application for St. Australia (Adelaide).

A: Tama, you have to satify all IELTS requirements (Assessing Authority/State/DIAC).. so i suggest continue with the EA assessment, and then review/take exam while waiting for the EA result.. para paglabas, sakto exam kana for the SS application.

Q: Hindi ba 60 lang?

so for me walang added points ang MS ko..

A: for EA, there are two asessment services (separate fee)

for the standard assessment, to assess your skills/occupation (thru CDR) kung pasado sa guidelines ng EA at ANZSCO code..
additional services, if you want to claim points for either PHD, or work experience kung meron ka ng 3yrs, 5yrs, 8yrs work exp outside of AU, or 1yr, 3yr, 5yr work exp in AU..

i availed both, para alam ko ang i-claim ko sa EOI points.. at yun din ang recommendation ng DIAC, ksi un ang basis nila for validating/awarding points on your EOI...

If I will pursue with the EA additional services to claim points for work experiences, d ba ina-assess na rin yong work experiences ko under the EA standard assessment? So ano pa ang maging difference sa tinatawag nilang additional services?

Ilang points din ang makuha nito kung sakali? 5 pts ba regardless of the length of work experinces?

@IslanderndCity - the standard assessment is only for your basic education qualification and if you have the right skills compared to their standard ANZSCO definition.. Yung additional assessment is required if you want to claim work exp points. The eoi pts will depend on your actual work exp assessed as a relevant work exp to your nominated occupation.. 3yrs=5pts, 5yrs=10pts, 8yrs=15pts.. You should check how the eoi pts system works pala alam mo lahat ng pwde mo i claim..

your question is quite confusing..

ACS is for assessment, you dont put what type of visa are you applying for.. its mainly for assessment of your skills/education.. they have the assessment fee..
ANZSCO code is the code of your occupation.. it contains the job description, so your work experience should be the same as the ANSZCO code job description..
sa EOI, depende sa occupation mo kung nasa SOL or CSOL.. kung nasa SOL you can choose visa 189/190.. pero kung nasa CSOL, visa 190 lang.. hindi ka pa magbabayad sa EOI..
pag na invite kana sa specific visa.. dun ka lang magbabayad ng applciation fee 3060aud..

depende sa state.. so gaya ng asbi nila.. pag SA ka apply ng SS.. walang fee..
proof of fund, depende din sa state.. mostly walang requirement to show proof, pero may question sa application on how are you going to support yourself while looking for job in case na maapprove ang visa mo..
ung visa application fee, babayaran lang pag na invite kana to apply for visa..

I was thinking kasi na after ielts pag di umabot points ng husband ko baka 190 na lang applyan namen para umabot. But the prob is sa 189 kasi pwede sya as softwareengineer then pag sa 190 sa SA pwede sya As system testengineer since closedna yung software engineer. Kaya i was asking sana kung pwedeba two job code ang ipaassess sa acs?

Then related din sa visa processing fee, diba by july 1 may fee Na ang dependents. So dapat before july 1 makapaglodge na ng eoi or dapat before july 1 may invitation kana to apply for visa?

depende sa ACS at sa mga documents mo.. kasi ang assessment nila depende sa ANZSCO code vs work Cert of Employment at job desc mo..
regarding depende fee, dapat before jul1 ma invite ka na at makapagbayad.. para hindi ma-apektuhan ng changes sa fee..
