Nagregister na po ako ngayon sa SA Website and will be sending them an inquiry kung pwee nila maconsider ang case ko.

@Janet_0214 grabe naman agent mo napaka incompetent. Na check mo sa MARA website kong registered talaga sila? May written confirmation ba sila na send sau stating that they applied to SA or TAS for 489/190 visa? Kasi kong meron enough evidence na yun na hindi nila alam trabaho nila. You are paying agent to fill in those information na hindi mo alam about applying for visa. Kaya pede mo sila habulin at Ireklamo sa MARA.

@batman I started to apply 2016 pa, kaso nag-stop ako kase nagbuntis ako kaya Dec 2017 ko lang naituloy, that time registered sila. Pero ngayon I've checked their name in MARA wala a sila don. I have to find out baka iba yung name na nakaregsiter sa kanila this time.

Meron kaming mga exchange ng emails, below is one of those:

"As per your query, please be advised that the application is in EOI stage wherein we are waiting for an invitation to happen.

Hence, there is no where we can submit the login id and password or anything as mentioned by you in the email and screen shot

However, if the application is lodged on SA website as a separate application then you shall have to provide with these details."

I assumed when she said "waiting for invitation" she was referring to visa invitation. I thought yung separate application sa SA website is after invitation na for visa. I dont really know the process kaya I rely on them fully.

I hope maging positive yung reply nila sa request ko to consider my case. Gumawa ako ng account sa SA website para makapagsend ako ng inquiry.

@batman Sir, possible pa po kaya na mainvite pa ako anytime soon if magsusubmit ako application for SA kahit na Special Conditions Apply na ang occupation ko considering na Dec. 2017 pa submitted ang EOI ko?

I am trying to send an inquiry sa SA website using my account. Pero wala po notification if it is submitted successfully or not.

Meron po ba may experience na nagsend ng general inquiry? Pano po malalaman kung sent yung message or not?

@Janet_0214 dont they have email? Kasi ako may account sa NT application ko. I use the prescribed email to communicate with them na nasa website nila. Nagrerespond nmn.

@batman wala silang email add Sir. Sa SA through website talaga, you have to create an account at gamitin yun to inquire. Problema nga lang po wala notification if sent successfully. Thanks.

@Janet_0214 Wala talagang confirmation yung Enquiry system nila. Try sending an e-mail to this address sumasagot sila dati gsm.sa@sa.gov.au

Hello po. Help naman po, ako na lang ang mag-apply ng state nomination for SA, yung employment cert po ba na scanned copy na you have to upload is yung may stamp na certified true copy or yung original? Thanks.

tanong ko lang kung maglolodge ka po ng 489 onshore, automatic ba na mabibigyan ka ng bridging visa after ma expire yung current visa mo? and allowed ka po ba mag work full time while nka bridging visa?
