, yung question about Licencing/Registration, NO lang nmn sa atin dba? We're not required na magkaroon ng Licence or mapa-Register, yung sa atin is ACS assessment or OPTIONAL lang, magpaMember sa ACS, but not a requirement, tama po ba? (Not required, tama)

Yes, aim ka super taas sa English para sa 190 PR visa. Tanong ko lang, yung occupation mo na although nasa Supplementary, wala bang nkalagay na remarks na "for visa 489 only"? Kung wala, aim high ka sa English.

Yes, same docs required lang ang 190/489, same lng kasi ang portal/website where you apply for SS nomination - SA.

@AIR no worries. I know kung ganu ka-intense to wait ng result at ung thinking na kelan kaya makukuha ung visa grant letter at least since na-implement ung EOI mas maiksi ang wiaiting time unlike nung time ko patagalan sa pag-aantay usually 1-2 yrs.

pag ang occupation ba ay nsa supplementary lang tapos wala naman nakalagay na 489 only,pede din mag apply ng 190 thrugh high points path?

@batman No. I tried to submit an application in SA website. When i entered the accountant code, there's a system message saying it's for 489, kaya di ko na tinapos application ko. Kasi need the high point of 80

I just checked the Supplementary Skilled List and Special Conditions Apply, there are occupations with remarks/additional reqs, ex:

221111 Accountant (General) Competent Plus English (or Proficient overall); 3 years work experience in field; South Australian graduates must be currently working in their field in South Australia for the last 12 months

225113 Marketing Specialist Competent Plus English (or Proficient overall); Offshore applicants Provisional 489 visa only

While other occupations have no additional requirements, ex:

232412 Illustrator Competent English VETASSESS

232414 Web Designer Competent English VETASSESS

So ito sila, pwede namang makapagApply ng 190 as long as they meet the additional requirements under Special Conditions Apply. I hope others can share too, so we can help those who are still thinking of applying for 489 or 190, if their points would suffice. Tnx.

question.. nalilito kasi ako. ano po ba dapat unahin? EOI or apply sa SA website?

sabi dito na article (https://blogs.pinoyau.info/2017/07/17/applying-for-south-australia-state-nomination/) EOI muna then use the EOI ID as reference sa SA website pero sa nababasa ko dumidiretso ang iba sa SA website kahit wala pang EOI.

may mga occupations sa supplementary skills na open for 489 only nka-specify nmn. kapag walang nakalagay na 489 meaning pwde 190 or 489.

Para saan ung bank statement @coachella9 sa dibp application? Yong iba nag.upload ng bank statement as one of their evidences for paid employment. Kung anong meron ka na proof isama mo na lahat para wala ng hahanapin si co. Ipa ctc.mo rin lahat para di na magrequest ng ctc passport gaya sa baby ko.kasi colored scan lang sa amin kaya na co contact ako. ^^

@Strader yes po dibp application, although wala pa akong ITA boss, hinahanda ko lang in advance para quick to upload. May mga payslips and ITRs naman po ako. Nakita ko lang kasi sa ibang thread na nag uupload sila ng bank statements. Nag resign kasi ako sa work ko nung June, dahil no growth and dead end job and humina rin yung company tlaga. Kaya ito inaasikaso ko yung application to pwede bang iyon ang isubmit yung payroll account's bank statement until last date ng paid employment? Thanks!
