About payslips na as evidence of paid employment, is it necessary na yung first and last month of employment ang i-attach? Yung last month ko kasi nagleave without pay na ako to comply my papers sa next employment ko, do I need to secure another certification from the HR about it?
Yung sss contribution nmn, hindi kasi naReflect yung last month of employment.
In my EOI, 4 yung employments ko, 1 is not related, do I need to provide payslips dun sa not related?
In my assessment, may 2 employments pa ako (na 12-13 years ago na, di ko na nilagay sa EOI kasi in the past 10 years lng ang nkaindicate), do I also need to provide evidence of paid employment?
