I want to go to IDP Philippines, should I make an appointment? or just go there directly?

@pepper I'm really sorry to hear that. try mo mag email sa idp muna, and ask kung ano options mo. kadalasan kasi through appointment dyan pag mag papa counsel ka, specially sa 1st meet. be sure to state your case about the refusal.

@ pepper... lam mo na ba reason why denied visa mo?

they only asked me for bank history from Feb'13 to present, smallest average balance of 2.67M and i submit and the account was opened since 2011 with that minimum amount , and then the reason why, they said i didnt put in my affidavit that my sponsor didnt declare that i can fully access the fund and the regular income.

I can present to them, business permit and etc, if in the first place they asked for it.

asko ko lang po sana may sumagot.. di ba pag under streamlined visa processing no need proof of funds? wat if may kasama akong dependent?

@pepper , happy birthday to you, i hope that you will still be able to pursue your application. I do have a question, if my uncle is in the states (California) and he would show proof of funds(bank statements, income statements/payslips), do you think that they will question my access to the funds as well? Kasi parang nag fafall sa same scenario ng situation mo eh.

@pepper tawag ka sa idp manila, ito num nila: 8160755 local 116 sbihin mo lahat sa councilor mo ngyari sa application mo. even ung affidavit ng proof of funds kasi may copy sila na iedit mo lang tas un na ipa-pass mo.

@chill_ice kelan daw nirefer sa MOC ung sau? may binigay na date? go lang sa interview. paghandaan mo, at least nasabihan ka. ung iba ata biglaan lang. and good thing na-priority ung medical mo.. mkapag-email nga ulit sa knila by augus

Yes, eto ibigay mo sa DIAC - 'The applicant is also required to demonstrate that that this minimum amount has been held for at least three (3) months immediately before the date of the application.'

tapos affidavit of support na may special instruction na you are allowed to access his/her fund.

@tenseako no dates mentioned. Basta sabi they are apologizing for d delay but my application was on priority now. As in wala binanggit kung ilang weeks aabutin. Tapos telephone interview nga daw. Hopefully, kayanin ko. Wag lang unahan ng nerbyos.
