@ozdreamer0323 ...at times your application depends on how critical (either low or high) the CO would be on one's application....if your tita then issued an affidavit of support stating your relationship and her support then that would be sufficient enough....plus her bank details of course......if that's the only issue then give yourself another try, maybe luck will be on your side at this time....

@ozdreamer0323 ...if i will base it with our own experience, we did include our birth certificates as part of our pertinent docs submitted to embassy....lalo na yong authenticated ones.....isali mo na better be sure than sorry....

@dreamprayhard84 Hello. Yes. Childcare yung course na kinuha ko. I'm not a nurse but I have some educ units and a grad certificate in sped. 🙂

@danyan2001us I mean birth certificates of my sponsor kuya? kasi di ko talaga alam how to prove na tita ko siya via documents lol.

@ozdreamer0323 ...again basing on our own application last 2010, i could not remember getting the birth certificates of our sponsors.....but again I'm not privy to the latest requirements for a nominated sponsor to qualify for such a position...so again just to be sure...if it is possible for you to procure that from your tita then go for it.....(i reckon it is also wise for us to double check with our friends here who have been into such a situation as yours..)

question for everyone who can give inputs..

if you were already able to get a Letter of offer from a school for the course that you have chosen, what are the possible reasons that might get you denied a student visa?

@5000rpm ...credibility and authenticity of pertinent documents related to the application....be sure to constantly corroborate the check list of one's visa application so as not to miss a single detail of the application......any missed out element would mean a longer process and at times could lead to refusal....

@5000rpm ....in our case...the refusal was all about the funds...yet I have read it here in the forum that indeed there was a case that the refusal was due to the inconsistency between the background course and the lodged occupation in OZ.....

@5000rpm about sa medical basta cure ang sakit pwede ka makakuha ng grant delay lang, wag lang yung hepa na hindi na nagagamot at yung mga nakakamatay na sakit. About sa show money read mo mabuti yung details na mga pwede mo gawing sponsor mas maganda kung kaya ng mom and dad mo or mga kapatid mo mas o.k o kaya may relative ka sa australia na p.r mas o.k dn basta makapag provide sila ng docs na kinita nila yung pera at about sa course mas o.k kung related sa course mo dito sa pinas yung itake mo na course sa australia para iwas GTE. At samahan ng dasal, God bless to all.

@ozdreamer0323 kami po yung dalawang kuya ng asawa ko sila po yung sponsor namin at sinabihan kami ng agent namin na magpasa dn daw kami ng birth certificate nila para daw katunayan na kapatid sila ni misis.

Yes. Aside sa birth cert nila, pinagawan ko sila ng statutory declaration na magka maganak kami, tapos pina notaryo namin.

Good day po. Sa mga may approved student visa application, pano nyo po natanggap yung visa? I-send po ba ito via email or may card na i-attach sa passport? Last year, granted po yung tourist visa ko at via email ko lang natanggap yung visa. I'm not sure kung ganun din pag student visa. Salamat po.

Because currently i'm choosing between taking up carpentry or nursing course.. and I hold a bachelor's degree in ME here in the phils, malayo nga for nursing but somehow there's a work around daw for carpentry base sa agency na nakausap ko since pwede maging basis yung work ko.. pero for the carpentry course, if ever, sa perth ako mapupunta, wherein pag nursing pwede sa adelaide in which may kakilala ako dun..

ugh.. have to make up my mind...
