danyan2001us @Lady_Elle ...just to clarify with you....andito ka na sa OZ sis? if andito ka na, during your application process, dineclare mo ba yong partner mo as dependent on your student visa application? if not, i'm not that sure if you can apply a follow up application for him. Just like in the case of all family members that during the stage of the student visa application, they should all be included in the application (whether they will join you or not in OZ) since if their names would not be in the initial application consequently you will not be allowed to apply a student visa for them....let's hear from our co-forumers' experience especially those who did with their de facto as dependent....good luck sis

danyan2001us @Lady_Elle ..sa pagkaka alam ko if di siya nasali doon sa initial application mo then you cannot make a follow up application for him....he can apply for his own student visa .....independent from yours.....kaya yong anak namin always na included sa application namin kasi hopefully by next year when we will apply for 485 graduate temporary visa we will include him....if di namin siya sinali then we can't include him in our succeeding applications
Agchangcoco @danyan2001us kuya aks ko lang po, pwede po bang isama yung kids ko as dependent sa student visa? Kahit hindi po sila sasama sa australia? Maybayad din po ba sila sa visa application? Thank's in advance po kuya.
danyan2001us @Agchangcoco .....hindi lang pwede kung hindi dapat talaga kasama sila para paglodge mo ng ibang visa like kung mag study ka for further course (masters) or kung magproceed ka ng 485 graduate temporary visa after studies, kasali na sila sa application mo...pag hindi mo sila na declare sa initial application mo then hindi mo sila pwede isali sa next application mo....better check this link for furtherclarification: http://www.immi.gov.au/students/students/bringing_family/how-to-apply.htm hope this helps

Question pala sa lahat na nakakaalam, I wrote in our application July 25 as intended date of arriving in Oz. What will happen if I decided to arrive on July 28 instead? Please advise. 🙂
