<blockquote class="Quote" rel="Jhing">Hi Guys, need advise please.
May employer na ko na mag sponsor sa ken (with my husband and 1 y/o son) sa Oz. Kaso lang with the recent change sa 457, nasa STSOL ung skill ko, so no chance for PR after. Sa Brisbane nga pla kami. Wala din ang skill ko sa QSOL, at di din pwede sa 189.
Ang husband ko naman is running their family business here in PH, undergrad ng COE. Pero marami siyang skills (car/computer technician) kaso kulang siya sa qualification. If mag school siya (2 years?), pwede ba siya ang magapply ng PR for us since pasok sa MTSSL ang skill nya?
Possible kaya na mag work out tong plan na to? Any thoughts? 🙂
Thank you sa sasagot!</blockquote>
PR is points test system. So considering na pumasok nga sya sa school and gained the certification/bachelors degree or what not, it all boils down to the points. Pwede kung pwede siya magapply ng PR however, you should consider yung categories sa system. I.e Overseas work experience, Australian experience are some of the major categories that generates huge points.
All in all, its definitely possible pero there are some things to consider din.
