as per DIAC's rule: they can only accept the work experience if its related/closely related...

their definition of related/closely related is based on ANSZCO unit code (ung 1st 4 digits) should be the same..

but wala nmn masama, if you want to have your other work exp assessed by Vetassess...

my worry lang is it "might" not be acknowledged by DIAC as per their rule above..

Sa tingin mo pa-count ko n kaya yun work experience ko? Kasi 1st company ko 2years 4mos ako.. 2nd company ko- 8mos lang.. Present company ko.. 1year 8mos n ako kaso yung napasa ko s vet ay 1year 3mos p lang ako.. Aantayin ko n lang b yung june para 5years n exactly total experience ko bago ako pacount s vet?

Saka yung s WA state sponsorship reqts di ko kasi gets.. My minimum b silang years of experience at kailngan b may employer n magsponsor sau from wa?

@jenipet20 - kung lahat ng work mo eh related/closely related sa nominated occupation mo, i think mas okay na isama mo lahat, para ma-assess...

but then, please consider yung EOI points system, kung hindi nmn makakatulong sa pagtaaas ng work exp points mo (3yrs, 5yrs or 8 yrs) wag ng mag-effort...

eto ang suggestions ko:

given na matagal ang assessment ng Vetassess, kung hindi ka naman aalis sa job/company mo ngaun, pwde ka nang mag-paassess... pag lumabas ang assessment, hingi ka lang ng updated na COE sa company mo, para mapakita mo sa DIAC na nagwowork ka pa rin.. at mavalidate nila ang total 5 yrs
Or kung hindi ka nmn nagmamadali, wait for june..

Regarding WA sponsorship, i dont think may minimum work exp requirement sila.. kaya okay lang as long as pumasa ka sa EOI Points..

Question ulo.. Di ba hindi ako nagpa test points s vetasses.. Pede bang n gawa n ako ng eoi? Icoconsider pa din kaya ng diac yung work experience ko kahit hnd ko n ipacount s vet?

as they said.. yung point test advise is NOT Mandatory, but HIGHLY suggested by DIAC..

you can take a risk, by submitting EOI (w/o the point test advise on your work experience)..

yung mga ibang nag-pa-assess before EOI implementation, naka kuha naman sila ng Visa kahit walang point test advice...

the CO will make a decision on your work experience based sa mga documents mo (whether its related or not to your occupation) three things can happen:

you will get a visa,
they will ask you to get a point test advice.. application will be delayed
visa rejection (hopefully this will not happen), if they think that your work exp is not relevant or they cannot validate your work experience..

so again, if you think na highly relevant talga ang work exp mo... you can go ahead with EOI..

weigh the risk...you decide...

im not aware of any guidelines... ang alam ko lang ung ANSZCO code definition, and if they belong to the same UNIT CODE for closely related occupation..

I'm new here in this site. I'm currently in the middle east at malaki po ang naiitulong sa akin ng Forum na to'.. Kumuha na rin po ako ng agency for my application. May konti lang po ako gusto iclarify just to have a "2nd Opinion" before lodging my assessment.

My agency advised me to have all my certificate of employment in "Architectural Draftsperson" position. Which I already did, signed and agreed with all my present and past employers. Eh ang kaso baka naman mamroblema ako kpg hiningan ako ng Contract of Employment later on, which I had long time back in different positions ( EA. Designer, 3D Designer, Architect).

Ang tanong. Mas maganda po ba ipasa nalng ang Certificate at iwan nlang ang Contract of Employment then hintayin nlang ang hatol ng VETASSESS or kumuha nlang ng bagong certificates na katulad ng mga nsa position ko sa contract? (Designer, 3D Designer, Architect).

Ask lang po ng mga opinion nyo mga kababayan ko sa Australia. 🙂 Medyo kinakabahan lang.. hehehe.. Maraming salamat po! God Bless!

@Arch_Onin - the main objective ng Agent mo is to have you assessed as Archi Draftsperson, kasi nga mahirap or wala pang nakakapasa for Archi Assessment..

therefore its very important na Archi Draftsperson ang COE+Job Desc Mo:

primary document ang COE at job description...
incase hingan ka ng supporting documents, submit payslip, bank statement with salary remittance..

3.wag mo na isubmit ang mga contract mo kung meron ka naman ng no.1 and no.2

you should get the address dun sa confirmation email nila, after mo mag-fill-up and payment online..
