VETASSESS question

Good evening guys! magtatanong na naman ako... (pasensya na nalilito lang po!) Yong kakilala ko nagpa assess sya lately sa vetassess tapos di sya humingi ng point test advice pero positive naman yong result nya. Sa case ko di rin kasi aabot ng 3 yrs ang working experience ko for the last 5 years. Importante lang sa akin na maging positive ang result ng assessment ko. Kailangan pa kaya ako ng point test advice na yan. tsaka 630Aud pa rin babayarin pag magrequest ako ng PTA?

I think khit di ka na humingi ng point test advice kc di naman pala aabot ng 3 years experience mo. may separate na bayad kc ung PTA. I availed the point test advice and ang binayaraan ko is around 750 dollars (not sure with the exact amount)hehehe

balak ko sana ung highest qualification ko pa advice pero naa section 1 naman kasi ung school ko tapos related ung course ko sa nominated occupation ko.. pero maganda pa rin pag meron PTA kaya lang may addditional payment. hehehe

<u><b>Eto ang Vetassess FEE:</b></u>

a) 630Aud for the general skills assessment

b) plus 350aud kung gusto mo ipa-assess ang PhD mo..

b) Plus if you will require PTA, you will pay certain amount depende sa dami ng employment mo..

80aud for 1-2 employments, 150aud for 3-4 employments, or 300aud for 5 or more employments

Now regarding your situation if you will require PTA or not,

if your total work experience is less than 3 years, then there is no sense of PTA, because you wont get any EOI points anyway..
if you have total of atleast 3 yrs work exp from the LAST 10 YEARS, then it its advisable, because you can claim points for EOI..

i think you got confused sa guidelines ng VETASSESS:

as far i as i know, if you will not avail PTA, they will only assess your skills for the last 5 years...

kahit na isubmit mo pa lahat ng documents mo ng work experience for the last 10 years..

yun ang minimum requirements nila.. only experience for the LAST 5 years..

Now if you avail PTA

they will assess lahat.. up to 10 years.. dahil un ang guidelines naman ng DIAC for EOI points.

Good day po mga Sirs at Mam, bago lang ako dito sa forum na ito... My wife just came acroSS this forum while browsing the internet.... I just want to ask kung sino po naka experience ng Vetasses assessment regarding Fitter (General) ANZSCO: 323211. At makahingi po sana ng konting pointers tungkol dito. I am applying for a steam plant related job sa oz and luckily na-select ako nung employer, and then they asked me to undergo skills asessment sa vetasses. But they said yung job category ko ay related don sa Fitter General kasi wala daw specific. I lodged my vetasses application and supporting docs (training and employment check) last Dec 20, 2012. Then, last Jan 15 lumabas yung result...Documentary evidence partially meets the trade requirements at invited ako for stage 2 skills assessment. Then, next stage is Practical assessment...

Sino po kaya ang naka experience na ng Practical assessment ng Fitter General?

@lock_code2004- question uli.. Di magpapaPTA ako... Since wala s COE n permanent ako s work at paid ako.. Need ko ng proof n paid ako di ba? Problem ko kasi yung 1st company na 2 1/2years ako hirap ako makakuha ng payslip uli.. Meron ako dito compensation tax kaso 2months lang yun before ako umalis ng company which is from jan-1st week ng march.. Is this enough?

Kasi sayang pag di nila icount yun.. Thanks

@dondon kung alam mo yung trabaho as fitter dont be worry, written, practical at oral lng ane exams nila.. sa written 99% papasa ka(malalaman mo yan pag nagtake kana) sa praktikal madali lng yan (basta fitter talaga work mo), sa oral tatanungin lng yung mga previous experiences mo (importante maging honest ka sa sagot mo).. yun lang tip ko sa at 101% papasa ka.. dadagan mo pa ng panalangin para maging 102% 🙂

Hello everyone, I'd like to ask about the resume na isasama sa Vetasses.

I edited my resume accdg sa requirements na nakalagay, font, font size, etc. And since ang required is 8 years experience lang, yun lang nilagay ko kahit I have almost 15 years of work experience.

Sa tingin nyo ilagay ko na din lahat ng work experience ko (kahit company name and duration lang) kahit 8 years lang ang required?

By the way, Architectural Draftsperson ang work ko.

I want to submit my documents ASAP na din.

Also I keep reading about different addresses to send the documents sa Vetasses, I thought all along kung ano ang nakalagay sa forms nila, yung may GPO Box dun mo padala documents mo?

if you know the EOI points system, they will consider the last 10 yrs of your work experience.. so if you want to get points for all your work experience you need to provide documents..
also, you should avail of the Point Test advice, so they will assess your work experience.
meron pong street address ang vetassess, check mo dun sa "contact us" page nila.. hindi kasi nagdedeliver ang mga courier sa PO Box address...
